All the staff: from the front desk to the restaurant/bar to housekeeping, the staff is very warm and professional. The room was great. Especially the bed, pillows and bedding.
The furniture at lobby and other common spaces needs to be repaired or replaced. Not a good look. Breakfast buffet could be better considering its cost. It pales both in quality and variety compared to breakfast buffets in other hotels nearby like the RIU Plaza

Housekeeping didn't always clean my room. I had to call and request housekeeping after waiting all day. The hotel is fine for conventions at the Guadalajara Expo, but the hotel is located away from most of the tourist areas. It also is away from restaurants and bars. You have to take taxis everywhere you want to go.

The bed and the location
They advertised having a spa when booking, which they did not have. I chose the hotel and paid a premium in order to have a spa so this was a bummer for me.

Overall a great place to stay. The bed is wonderful
The shower leaks really bad. We complained and someone came to fix it, he said he would be back and never came back.
