They were wonderful in every way. I will remember them for the future! The staff is excellent and the woman who checked me in helped me charge my phone. Now I know to always keep a charger with me in the big city. I had an adventurous day. I was so tired and slept well.

Location was great! Friendly staff. Bed had only two pillows and were a bit flat. Every single employee we interacted was courteous and attentive.

It's located next to quite a few nice restaurants and two used bookstores, which I really loved

The hallway/room are not very insulated so you can hear guests laughing or watching movies late night. They should communicate a "quiet hours" after 10-11pm. This is a hotel not a hostel so no common space to chill/ hang.

Very Poor
Room was spacious with good hot water and water pressure. Top floor master suite with nice view. Staff were nice.
10 day stay turned into 5 nights. We traveked to stay witha friend rsther continue staying. Could not sleep due to light pollution from outside, constant traffic noise, and building shook when trucks drove by. Room was never cleaned or given fresh towels. We came back our last day to retrieve additional luggage. A peaceful nights sleep isnt possible in thr master penthouse suite.
