The location.
Room was dirty, toilet leaked, AC was noisy, no night stands by bed, no place to plug in electronics, shower drain was plugged, coffee in the rooms were like brown water. Staff sent me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned.

The staff and the concierge were very friendly, from the moment they arrived to the Hotel. My parents were greeted with a warm smile. My father had surgery and mobility was limited, the staff personally took my father to his room and helped him to hus bed and I'm very grateful for their kindness. To me, they went above and behond to assist my elderly parents. The hotel is in a very nice location in downtown Guadalajara, walking distance to lots of shopping. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the bed and bedding was fluffy. They food at the restaurant was delicious and I would rate this Hotel a 5 star.

Disappointing
The first night it was raining and at 3:00 a.m. water started falling halfway through the ceiling. They moved me to another room and the air conditioning didn't work and the following days there was water in the hallway.

Breakfast amazing! And Oscar the waiter was so attentive. And friendly.
All of the equipment in the gym was broken. Only could use the weights. This is a concern as it could hurt someone. Needs to be upgraded or at least fixed.

Everything. Breakfast was excellent (buffet style) most importantly for me the coffee was excellent
The fact that an iron was missing from the room and in order to obtain one they required a deposit! This was a first for me and it bothered me
