Very safe, beautiful property with so many colorful details, from the artwork to the landscaping. Also, From check-in to check out our stay was perfect! What made it extra special was Nico- such a warm and welcoming night attendant. My mom and I felt super safe with him greeting us in the evenings!
If I had to say anything it would be that the property was divided in 2, we were in the property across the street.

The hotel is peaceful and beautiful. We especially enjoyed our private terrace at this pet-friendly establishment. It is a pleasant, safe 10 minute walk through the neighborhood to the much busier tourist center. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was perfect. Having secure parking across the street was really convenient.
The water pressure in the shower was weak but it got the job done.

The grounds of the main hotel were lovely and the staff were kind and attentive.
I booked a premium suite and they put us in a room across the street and it was very dark, no natural light, with a huge Jacuzzi tub that doubled as a shower with no handrails making it challenging (and dangerous) to get in and out of. I asked the front desk if we could move rooms but they said they were fully booked. I would not stay here again. Also, the breakfast food was very mediocre to bad.

Location and that breakfast was included for our family if 12. Fabulous wait staff, friendly front desk and service staff.
Loved everything, our 3rd or 4th time to stay here so our family can walk to food and fun.

What a beautiful hotel! I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the hummingbirds feed on the flowers. The staff made us very comfortable and were so helpful and nice.

It’s very eclectic. Old villa with plenty of charm
Our room had a big old high walled tub shower combination. The tub walls were very high to get in and out of.

Very Good
Room was pleasant and comfortable, great bathroom, nice spaces throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good, WiFi was solid, free welcome drink at the bar, easy 10 minute walk to the main stretch of Tlaquepaque.
The pool was pretty cold and no guests used it during our stay, the hot tub wasn’t heated at all. The hotel is down a side street that is pretty run down with nothing else around, but charming once you enter.

We had 3 rooms for different age groups 24 - 85 on a family trip. Everyone was comfortable and liked their room and close proximity to plaza, restaurants, etc.
The night desk Nico was amazing! So wonderful!!
I think since we had 2 senior members with us it’s important to point out not every room has step in shower. This is important issue for our elders who can’t step into bathtubs.

la Villa del Ensueno has classic Mexican charm through and through, its truly an oasis in the middlenof a busy sprawling city.
The breakfast are excellent, whereby you choose from a variety of menu Breakfast entrees along with juice and coffee, there are 2 pools and parking is included. GUEST ROOMS are super charming and Grounds and interiors; LIKE A GIANT HACIENDA. Hotel was full, but never felt crowded. CARLOS the bartender is an awesome character
