FULL KITCHEN WITH STOVE, FRIDGE, CUTLERY AND DISHES! Knowing this, I kind of regretted going for only 2 nights.
Very close to where I needed to be. Great neighborhood, too.
VERY Spacious room.
I didn't like the shower.

When I got there, the entrance had a bunch of signs from the city that says Closed. That got me very concerned, I had asked a staff member and didn’t know what to tell me.

Everything was good especially the cleaners.
The WiFi network was horrible they need to get a better one.And better bed they are too hard feels like a rock.

Large big clean rooms. Comfortable bedding and mattress. Panoramic views. Reception staff efficient and amiable. Good location.
Despite being well located it is also nearby one of the busiest traffic intersection in the city. Rush hour can be noisy especially since the rooms do not have AC.

The location is extremely convenient if you have VISA matters to attend, close to a lot of things, highlight of the stay.
They shower and windows need an update, it was really noisy outside and nothing to do about it because of the conditions of the building, shower as well (it didn’t close well which translated into a leak in the bathroom, creating some undesired mess, even when the pressure wasn’t the best).

great location. spacious. wifi works. option to leave luggage after check out.
some small things but which add up: hot water tap was wielded shut in the bathroom which made shaving an adventure. some issues with gas water heater (which were resolved though); toilet tank that required special attention to stop running water non stop etc. It wasn't bad overall, just minor inconveniences but they affect the experience. Would be nice to have some dish liquid and a sponge for the dishes.

Close to where we needed to be. Staff were wonderful.
Hotel had issues with elevator so we had to enter and exit, including when walking, through parkade. Once we got to elevator only went to one floor below our room so we had to carry luggage et. up and down one floor.
