Very nice hotel. The bed was so comfortable and good shower. The staff were top notch, friendly and helpful. We wanted to be able to walk to the cathedral so good location.
The room was bright from outside lighting when sleeping. The food was not the best in the lounge but breakfast was good.

Very clean, gym, and rooftop bar. The cantinero was funny and great. Good drinks.
The lady who checked us in wanted us to pay 40 dollars to check in earlier. Other hotels allow you to check in free of charge if unoccupied.

We had dinner at the restaurant. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive.
The location was perfect for the convention we were attending but it has a few areas near that require caution.

Bell service and concierge exceeded our expectations! They were extremely helpful and friendly.
The person who assisted us with registration was rude! Our rooms were not ready and I understood that but she didn’t have to be rude about it. She was never friendly and never even smiled. She didn’t offered that I keep a tab open which caused an inconvenience later that evening. She shouldn’t work the front desk with that attitude. However, all other staff was amazing.

Close to everything. They do offer tours of all kinds but i didn’t use them and now I regret it. The restaurant is open 24/7. The staff are super nice.
It does not have a mini fridge nor a microwave. You have to pay $500 pesos for each but as a deposit. Also, they do not have water nor ice for guests. You have to call the kitchen for everything about food and it’s kind of annoying to do that. In my opinion I don’t like it.
