The evening security guard was very friendly.
booked a rate on Booking.com that included breakfast and a hairdryer, but they charged me for breakfast again, and there was no hairdryer in the room. The front desk staff explained that some rooms were available and others weren't, and that it was all a matter of luck. I was incredibly flustered.

Location for us was great. Our room was quiet. Staff was friendly.
Floors were nice shiny tile. King room was spacious.
Bed was too firm for us.
No electrical outlets near a mirror for drying/styling hair.
Ceilings are ugly.
