The staff was rude except one lady. The room was very cold when we arrived because the aircon was on, the window doesn't properly close so you hear everything. I would not be back here

The only negative things are that the entrance to the parking lot is very steep and narrow also the elevators shake and make a lot of noise. Pool was to deep and the water was very Cold
