Good location to city sites and restaurants. Cleaning ongoing daily. Pool was a nice touch.
Some nights noisy inconsiderate guests being loud. Some off putting smell from the sink drain. Needed to block it.

Room not as pictured. Our toilet wouldn't flush, advised staff. Someone was sent but no feedback from staff if issue had been resolved or not. Went back to room to it being the same . Pool only open till 9pm

The hotel is in an area very close to the main street of Colonia Americana, where you can find everything. The hotel is very quiet; you sleep very well. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The staff is helpful with any questions you may have about the area.
No complains, everything was good.

The room is big enough for 2 independent people
The pool was in maintenance and we weren't informed beforehand, nor on check-in, and no type of refund / compensation was offered whatsoever
The staff was not so helpful - no access to room before paying the whole stay, even though the first night was paid already (to drop off heavy bags, get internet access to be able to pay)

Disappointing
Large screens in the rooms. Very clean.
Several things:
1. Beds were too stiff. Pillows were hard as rock.
2. Water pressure was very low. Hard to take a shower (or flush for what it is worth)
3. Staff were inarticulate in any language (mother tongue or otherwise)
4. We got overcharged on breakfast

Great value for the money. Nice location, walking distance to everything, but not really in the middle of anything. Nice restaurant if you don't want to go looking for food in the morning.
Bathroom smelled bad. Could be noisy in the morning.

The balcony connected to our room was very dirty. The ground as well as the table out there. But it was also nice to have one. Didn't use the rest of facilities
