Very accommodating, nice old historic building in a great location. I stayed during the Codigo Rojo, it felt safe and the staff were very nice. The streets were eerie.

Location, location, location is excellent. Near plaza de Armas, the cathedral and government building. The room was quite spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. The AC worked perfectly by keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The wifi worked well throughout the building which allowed the TV to access Netflix, etc.
This centuries old building is charming however, it is in dire need of updates. Our room was spacious and comfortable but it lacked electric outlets, 2 in the room. The bathroom was by far the most disliked. It was quite dated and rustic, in that the tub was unsightly, I wore my flip flops in the shower because the tub appeared dingy and unclean. It is in dire need of upgrading/remodeling.

Location.
Bar on top floor was nice but 4 floors up and elevator not working, nor was it being worked on.
The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. The ceiling light in the bathroom was flickering like a dico light. We were there 4 days and no attempt was made to fix anything.
We were given 2 small bottles of drinking water. When we asked for more we were told they only give water the first day of our stay. To have more we had to pay for it.

Location
Elevator not working. Room card keys had to be recharged 5 times. Leaky faucets. Dangerous bathtub. Poor hallway lighting. Indifferent front desk. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with no working elevator. Submitted complaint and refund request. Only one electrical outlet in entire room.

Location was excellent. Steps to the Cathedral.
Uber couldn’t seem to find it or at least drivers didn’t want to navigate to it given all the road construction.

Management/ receptionist sucked. Their attitude was terrible. Not once did they smile.
Cleaning ladies and the guy who took our bags was great. Props to them.

Ir was in the middle of everything. Great location. Beautiful chandelier . Mariachi Friday was amazing
They need to update their mattresses. The room size was too small. The elevator wasn't working so we took our luggage in the stairs.

Maybe the locations wasn’t super bad and it’s historical
But definitely not a comfortable stay , they gave us two small beds when it’s 4 of us . I slept very uncomfortable with my kids on one bed . And the room was just a horrible set up . It wasn’t even the room we booked. Also I don’t have fotos but I have a video

It was vintage.
The bathroom was not clean nor updated. It smelled like sewage. The bed as hard and squeaky. The hotel was not quiet .. I did not feel safe, the door to my room only had one lock. The front door was always open. You can hear the noise in your room from outside and the lobby. I saw a roach in my room ?. The WiFi was terrible. Free WiFi but it didn’t work. I had to use my own hot stop to watch TV ?. The staff was not friendly. Elevator not working …Sad.

The history. The 4 th floor not open yet restaraunt.
Chipped tub. No shampoo. Didn’t bother even trying the shower. Ancient box spring saggy mattress.
