The proximity to the expo venue - just 5 minutes walk.
The WiFi did not work - they said it's due to the corner room; however, even paying to upgrade the room did not resolve the WiFi. It consistently kept getting failed. Spoke with the front desk multiple times and received, "we are working on it".
The Air conditioner was faulty and it did not cool the room.

From the map it looked like the location was going to be off the busy street,
but it was right on the street - so a tab more noisy than I thought it would be.

The location was ideal, as it is near the Guadalajara Expo site.
The hotel is not near any good restaurants. You need to take a taxi to any of the gallerias where the best restaurants are.
