The room and bathroom were very roomy on the level we chose. For Breakfast, the service was good, and the food was fresh. Great outside patio.
The reception people tried to steal from us. They wanted to charge more than what was agreed by the contract with booking. com, and when confronted, then they knew the exact amount. The reception staff treated us with disdain multiple times. They questioned why we reserved the room we had as if we were not good enough to reserve that type of room. It was a hotel chosen for a reunion so I felt I had to stay there, otherwise, I would have chosen a different place.

Breakfast was good and had different menu daily. Bus located across the street and took you directly downtown.
I was disappointed that the rooms didn’t have mini refrigerators. I was traveling with medications and had to improvise.

We have stayed there before, but the property is getting old and worn out We had a long drive and wanted to sleep in the afternoon before we had obligations in the evening and it was almost impossible because of the cleaning staff talking on their walkie-talkie so loud is absolutely ridiculous. We won’t stay there again after a long drive.
