I like the quiet room and location
I had no hot water in bathroom sink and shower. Booking.com said there was microwave and coffee maker in each room but no rooms have microwaves and coffee maker.

The hotel Is really close to "san Juan de Dios, a cinema, metro station, bus stop, etc." The room was in the top floor AND was clean for the most part, the water was cozy and warm or hot depending your needs.
The tv remote didnt work, the internet was slow, the aire conditioner doesn't have a control so its always on 18° C, It got to cold at times.

Overall if you’re looking for a cheap central place in Guadalajara, it’s ok.
Near metro station and central
Cheap and clean
The woman at reception in the evening was not friendly but ok ...no big deal.
My room was on the first floor. The guy with her at reception didn’t move a finger when he saw me struggling taking the luggage upstairs.
Cigarette burns on bed cover
Room is clean but can tell people have been smoking in it.
Big flat screen tv with very limited channels (mainly for over 18 if you get my drift).
Location is central but didn’t feel safe as a woman alone. Can’t lock the room from the inside.
