The place was a bargain. It was very clean. Ample parking lot. The clerk was pleasant. WIFI was good. The TV was in English and Spanish. They have a very good security guard who helped us with our luggage and told us about the room.
It's an industrial part of town. Pillows, mattresses and bedspread were a lower grade but you get what you pay for.

Nice large room with AC, great bathroom. The parking lot is also great, the location is not that bad when driving a car, definitely not for walking. The personal is really helpful and 24hour available
The mattress wasn’t that comfortable, and the pillows are old and hard

The room was very clean, there is a restaurant next to it and a convenient store nearby, not that far from the exhibition center. It has a vending machine with several options for food. Internet was stable.
The pillows and mattress weren't so comfortable, as I stayed next to the main entrance it was a little noisy. I wrote a message to the staff requesting for early check in (due to my flight schedule) but they never reply me.
