The place is calm and clean and the family who owns the house is really welcoming and kind.
It is an ideal place if you want to relax and feel like home. It is central between chacultepec Avenue and the center and they are enty of busses at the corner of the street and j the street around. So if you look for a place where to feel like home, where it is quiet and caring people, it is the place.
Also Anna is a good cook so of you stay a bit, you could ask her to make you some food (her other business).
Really nothing to say, it was my best decision in guadalajara after spending testing 4 hostals/hotels.
They are too kind with me. At the end, I rented one month and continue to extend because I feel like home with friends I am happy to see everyday when I wake up
