It was very clean, except for some pubic hairs under the covers, ew. I found a few in the bathroom, too. But the staff was friendly
The walls were really thin and you can hear everything outside in the hallway and the rooms on each side. The elevator also needs work done. It kept sending us to the garage or other floors we didn't click on. This happened 3 different times.

It was FULL of local school children on a sports tour. Not what I expected from a 4* hotel. Rather spoilt my stay

Outstanding reception staff. When we got to the hotel we learned that our confirmed booking was messed up by booking(dot)com and there were no available rooms. The hotel booked us into a nearby hotel at its own expense and offered to take the whole hassle out of booking(dot)com

Room was spacious, quite and clean. Staffs are really helpful and friendly. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. Break fast was very much american with lot of breads and meat.
Hotel was in a busy junction. So you will see bunch of cars lining up in front of the hotel.
