The lobby looked very nice and modern and the staff was friendly.
In comparation with the lobby, the rooms were quite old, there was no hair dryer in the room which I noticed after washing my hair. I went to the reception to ask for one and the lady informed me that there were not in all rooms. She got a maintainance colleague to bring me one from another room.

The staff were great and the place was very clean. They hotel had a very nice lounge area with a bar.
They had two elevators, but only one worked. And, the one that work was very slow. Plus, you weren¿t allowed to use the staircase.

Front desk ¿couldn¿t¿ find my reservation waited 1 hour until manager got there and finally let me check in while I waited bought 2 sodas and a bag of chips for each soda guy charged me $85 pesos x 2 = $170 plus $30 pesos for a bag of chips $200= $10 usd

5 minutes walk away to Expo, a cafe and restaurant inside, very friendly staff, clean, good wifi
It’s obvious that they are trying to renew the equipments, however they could do more, especially the air-conditioner must definitely be changed.
