The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am learning Spanish but they knew English as well so that helped. Also, their restaurant is very good, and the neighborhood is very walkable, safe, and has restaurants, grocery, and pretty much anything you would want a 10 minute walk away.

The location and personal attention
The sheets and pillowcase were "yellowish" and towels had hairs on them, not sure it was really clean.
The noise was loud very early (this from the personal) they should respect your sleep time.

I got beaten by bed animals because the mattress or the bed covers were not properly washed.
and they had a lot of bed covers laying on the floor near to the reception when I checked out
I just don’t think they have real and efficient cleaning procedures

The room was very clean and staff were incredibly nice. The price range of the hotel was great for the area of the City. Room had several commodities and many pillows. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were great too
The door to the room was very thin so I woke up several times during the night cause I could hear people come and go and having conversations in the hallway. Bed was a bit too firm for my taste.
My husband slept through all the outside noise so if you're a heavy sleeper then this may not affect you as it did me.

Beat shower ever, friendly English speaking staff, good area with many bars and clubs within walking distance. Also the room was very clean, spacious and the beds very comfy.
If I had to name one thing it would be the spaghetti I had one evening. That was a good portion and the guy did really make an effort, but it was really not tasty at all and close to inedible. Breakfast was great though and I am aware that Mexico is not famous for it's pasta.
