Very Poor
Nothing about the "hotel" pleased us.
The hotel wasn't ready to receive guests. It was under maintenance, and it smelled old and dirty.
All public areas furniture were emplayed, no place to seat.
It was impossible to shower, no running hot water at all.
The room window wasn't sealed. We experience cold all night long.
Very uncomfortable room to spend a night.
I booked and paid for 2 twin beds room and I got 2 tiny single beds room, when I pointed that out, they ignored me, and they asked for extra charge to change rooms.
Poor handling on the personel.
Booking.com should check accommodations prior to offering lies.

Poor
the bed was really good
the reception women were really kind and nice, but they were not able to do anything else than payments, opening/locking the main door. and make up excuses for anything which was requested.
i gave it a chance.. and tried to look away but really there were too many things to overlook.
it was weird for me that the first thing the reception woman wanted from me was paying, but anyway i paid as requested. after i realized why.
- the photos look completely different than the reality.
- mold in the closets, oxid inside the shower.
- i felt like in a prison from the very moment i arrived. because you always have to ring to enter .. or ring some bell to exit the "hotel".
- there was a terrible smell coming out from the bathroom, after asking the reception, they told me the drains are old and the problem is in all the "colonia" (neighborhood) really interesting excuse, since the bathroom didnt look much old, they provided some plastic disc to put on each of the drains in the bathroom which didnt help much.
- There was hot water, but not much water was running, after requested to change the room, again i was told it was a problem of the whole "Colonia".
- each room has some internet connection, however often it didnt work and needed to be restarted. quite bad if you are in a virtual meeting as i was.
- the reception women were really kind and nice, but they were not able to do anything else than payments, opening/locking the main door. and make up excuses for anything which was requested.
- no breakfast available. i decided to look away and solved with a nice breakfast in the cafeteria next door.
- the windows were not isolating any noise. The room was noisy, cause had windows to the main street. i decided not to worry about it, but the noise from the street started around 4:30 am everyday. and sometimes during my online meetings it was not fine.

Location
The hotel does not have people trained in customer service. I had a problem with my reservation and they did not give me a solution

Disappointing
The location is ideal if you travel to go to the CAS, hotel is beside of the CAS, you can go walking.
Near to some restaurants, convenience stores
They don't respect the room rate offered in the web, I pay more than the offered rate. The room was very small and the bathroom is very very small, I needed to enter by side and I'm not fat or thin, normal person. The air conditioned was broken.
The parking is a joke, only for 3 small cars, my van entered with problems and I damaged the right mirror. I asked if I could park my van in the street and the receptionist told me that the street is not a safe place for the cars.
On the web page it mentioned a restaurant, but it was full because they have a special event, doesn't matter the guests.
Photos in the web are of the time the hotel was inaugurated, furniture is the same but obviously in poor conditions.

Disappointing
The staff was helpful and willing to help, and if you're going to the CAS it's an excellent Location.
The room was terrible, the bathroom smell horrible, the ceiling was falling apart, and on top of that we found a cockroach, absolutely terrible experience. I think it's overpriced for what you get and the photos that they show are edited so you get a different image of the property.

Location is great if you have to do paperwork for visa.
The building needs some maintenance, painting, clean curtains, but the sewer smell coming from the bathroom was the worst. I’been on this place before and this has not been fixed.

It’s needs some painting out side the patio, and the ceiling in the living room. Need to have healthy plants.

Fair
Great location. Lovely, hardworking staff. Lots of wonderful antique pieces of furniture throughout the hotel. They served good coffee.
Quite dirty. Dirty wallNot maintained. Sheets were stained. Room walls with humidity stains and black mold.
Many very old worn out neglected details throughout the hotel. Because of its neglected state its overpriced. It seems as if the owners are only interested in making a buck instead of honestly charging customers its real worth.
