The hotel is good, food was delicious, people friendly, and the environment is for adult which is ok in romantic plan. The hotel gave us a drink for welcome and it was a relax moment for valentine's day.
the facilities I would say are old. Few moments It smelled bad like a toiled. Cost-benefit I can say is more expensive that other hotels in GDL

We loved it! It was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. I was grateful to the friendly staff, who welcomed us and were so warm and kind! My standard room was so spacious, clean, and perfect. My parents stayed in the suite on 7th floor and were totally dazzled by the large living room and the huge deck with a great view. The whole hotel was so tastefully balanced between the modern and traditional. The location is also perfect. It's on a street with many nice cafes nearby, and we had breakfast outside on the hotel patio beneath a beautiful tree. Totally worth it!

For the price it was not worth it, all of the other hotels from the group are stunning and this one was underwhelming. The shower leaked all over the floor, the bed was tiny etc etc

The hotel is beautiful. we enjoyed the pool area with friends and it was great having our own space. The staff was very nice and overall we had a great time.
The bathroom and shower floor is polished marble and although it looks beautiful it is very slippery , my toddler felt twice. There was a dead cucaracha in one of the communal areas. I know that can happen but then we came back and it was still there.

Location is excellent, bar and restaurant have a nice ambiance, design is thoughtful. It rained during our stay and the hotel was a great place to stay and hang.
Bed was on the soft side. There were some stains on the elevator and bathroom floors that make it seem unkept which is a pity because everything is really nice. The staff had some confusion as to what room we were going to take and that took a while to sort.
