The staff was nice and it was clean, it was close to lots of businesses and places to visit
The only thing I didn't like that the breakfast was till after 7:00am
It would have been nice if it would start at 6:00am

Staff was very helpful and very friendly.
The rooms smell old and the beds is super uncomfortable and very old. And the rooms did not have the amenities that the app said like iron and hair dryer.

I so old careless , the they don’t help to park my car I have go underneath to check in at reception
Everything, the elevator doesn’t work old and small nasty . The room the bed and the furniture’s horrible, smell like humidity and really bad . The people so rude. They charge $70-mexican pesos for every night parking . We stay only 30 minutes . I get another reservation at Hampton in by Hilton same dates . Sorry I don’t take pictures.

- Since I only needed the room to rest, the price was Ok.
- The location is the best because it's the downtown.
- The staff is kind.
- In the room, I had some trouble opening the door once.
- The bathroom doesn't offer a towel to dry the hands.
- The bathroom has some damage.
- In the night, I can hear the noise of other rooms.

The staff was helpful despite their lack of English language.
There was no hair dryer in the room. TV is an old fashion and guest had to get the remote control from the reception and return it to the reception on checkout (I am a frequent international flyer and never seen anything like that!). The towels were old and hard. I stayed in two other hotels in the same city and had a different experience.
