The staff were very nice
Several standard amenities missing or lacking.
TV was only black and white, fridge did not cool.

The property is close to the airport, definitely a good choice by a reasonable price.
We had some problem to find uber/taxis sometime and one uber complaint about the hotel street is not pavemented.
Wifi at our room wasn't constant as well.

The gardens and pool are beautiful.
The Employee that greeted us was not friendly.
Not hot water when we tried to take showers. We had to get dressed and turn the boiler on.
The internet was spotty all day.
The refrigerator was unplugged, which meant we could not store our leftovers from dinner.
In the lobby they charge money for a cup of black coffee! C'mon.
When I went to talk to an employee about it - not the same one that greeted us, he was nonchalant about everything. Clearly, the employees do not care.

They had no power. Tried to accommodate us with a flashlight. We booked another hotel.

price was very good. Rooms were clean with TV fridge and microwave
No English speaking staff. Gate had to be manually open and close each time I wanted to leave the property. No restaurant on premises. Location is very industrial with very poor roads.

The owner wanted to charge me for extra water for cofee. Place is very inhospitable, close to the Highway. You can't eat breakfast without noise cancelling headset in only available restaurant close to this hotel. Do not rent it if you did not rent the car. If you have a car is not bad as a place to rest — has beautiful garden and pool with cold water.

After arriving at Cancun airport late at night and discovering my shuttle had cancelled my car to Tulum, I booked this hotel last minute as it was close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The outdoor space on the property was pretty. Overall, as a solo-traveller, it ended up being a safe place to spend the night.
Given the cheap price, you get what you paid for. The comfort of the room wasn’t a five star, but the affordability and safety makes it worth a quick stay.

ZERO!!!!! The place was so creepy that I simply could NOT stay. From the greeting at the front gate to me looking at the room.... it was creepy and I could not bring myself to stay. Really....REALLY bad location and setting in general. Horrible - thank goodness - very short experience. You need to warn people about this place. I simply walked away..... YES, it was cheap but it was not even worth the small price. Bad, bad, bad and bad!!!!
Everything! Starting with the location. You almost need an off-road 4X4 to get to it the road is so bad. It is located in a VERY creepy part of the city and there is no way I could sleep there, impossible! I was the ONLY person I saw there and than made it seem every MORE creepy!!!!! I felt like, if I spent the night there, I would be found dead the next morning!!! BAD, BAD, BAD..... and BAD!!!

Because the dislike were so huge, I can not see the likes
Upon arrival the manager "Ariel" gave us a room with no toilet seat; the split AC was working in the guest room, and the split in our room seem very old and unkept. He turns off the AC in the day, if you complain, he says: "Under perfect conditions..." There are gigantic potholes blocks before the Hotel. No roaches, but heavy smeall of DDT in the kitchen. Mosquitos enter through the bathroom. Overall, the installation looks nice, but no AIR CONDITIONING!!!! Ah, He charges for coffe. The swimming pool is dirty, and there was no electricity the day that we decided to stay in hotel.

Alex, (Alejandro) did an excellent job of making us feel very safe and comfortable. He helped us solve some transportation issues from the airport and to the train station the next day. His help was greatly appreciated during this stressful time late at night. The courtyard is beautiful. We sat and enjoyed a moment of piece looking at the beautiful gardens and pool. As two women we felt safe once behind the locked gate.
At first we were alarmed about the neighbourhood and it’s darkness and state of road repairs but once behind the gate we entered a different world and in the daytime you can see how calm and peaceful it is. The rooms are basic, and the air conditioning unit can be a little noisier than I’m use to but the room served it’s purpose with a comfortable bed and quiet surroundings unlike the bigger hotels where you hear doors banging all night long. Our biggest negative would be the neighborhood and the hotel can’t do anything about that.
