Wonderful
I absolutely loved the pools and jacuzzis at this hotel! Waking up every morning to a stunning ocean view from my room was pure happiness. Both the main bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. I also loved having a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, which made my stay independent. Public transportation is highly accessible, with a bus stop right by the hotel entrance. There is also a mall right across the street; while it is nothing spectacular, it is highly convenient for grabbing dinner, getting ice cream, or hitting an ATM.
The only downside was the timeshare sales card slipped under my door every morning disguised as a welcome gift. It was quite annoying, and management should explicitly ask guests if they want to opt into these sales pitches.

The location is great and the facilities are very nice. There are two pools at the resort and both are very nice, especially the infinity pool, with very warm water. The beach is also lovely and there are beach chairs and beach towels available everywhere. Our suite was clean and well equipped. Checkout is early (10:00am) but they do offer complimentary late checkout (12:00pm) if available.
The checkin experience could have been better. We arrived early and we were told they were doing their best to give us our room early (they explicitly said our room was empty and being cleaned as we were checking in), given that the actual checkin time was at 4:00pm (quite late, usually it's 3:00pm as far as I know). In the end we were only given the room at 3:00pm and definitely not around 1:00pm as we were led to believe - I just wish they were more transparent during checkin, as we would have planned our day differently.

We enjoyed the location and the facilities of the Resort. Our room had a washer and dryer and kitchenette which made it really convenient to keep clothes clean and fresh as well as being able to save money on food by shopping at nearby supermarket and then making a meal at the hotel. Lots of restaurant options that are walking distance or a short bus ride away. The rooms were freshened up every day which is a big plus nowadays!
The pools were kept very clean and having access to the beach was amazing. Staff was attentive and friendly and what I appreciated most was that no one tried to chase me around to tell me about time share promotions or other offers which has been the case at other places and can be frustrating.
Overall, a great stay! We were very happy.
We chose a room that had 1 Queen bed and 1 pull out sofa for our family of 4. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable but maybe next time we'll choose a room with 2 beds instead!

Just amazing! We loved the pools and obviously the view was amazing. Everyone is was so nice and always willing to help! If you looking for a well maintained property this is it. The cleanness was amazing. Just an amazing experience!

Location, every room views, the ocean and the pool, it smells good, it’s extremely clean and tidy. All of the employees we saw from the grocery store in the basement to the Cleaning staff to all the pool concierge and waiters were absolutely friendly, charming and smiley. We come here often because of how clean it is and the four swimming pool pools are huge and right by the beach.

We have come here many times because we love the full kitchens, one bedroom villas, with shower and huge jacuzzi tubs, balconies facing the pool and ocean. The staff is EXCELLENT! So solicitous, always smiling and friendly! They are always greeting us in the hallways, by the pool, setting up our towels ;) and ready for food and drink orders. This resort always smells amazing, has super clean, spacious bathrooms, a gorgeous gym, a small grocery store on site (so helpful!) The beach has lots of shade options with movable chairs, beach volleyball, yoga offerings outside daily, some games and fun activities. We love the palm trees everywhere and lizards that run around. Very, very excellent staff inside and outside the resort! Right across the street is an exceptional shopping mall with restaurants all along the bay, from casual to formal dining. Easy transportation around the area via uber, taxi or the red bus. It's about 30 minute from the airport.
We had massages and treatments in the Heavenly Spa and the plastic sandals they require are very uncomfortable: they dig into the top of your foot. They are too cheap for the expensive prices we paid to be in the spa. Also, my massage therapist gave a very very average massage. My other family members had a better massage experience than I did. I was disappointed. I had 2 (5) minute massages on the shoulders done by the pool, a "sample" and both of those massage therapists were more talented, better use of fingers and knuckles than the gal who did mine.

The location
We were given a ADA room which was not needed nor requested. We paid for ocean front and we were far away from the ocean. I did not complaint so we stayed in the ADA room with lots of water to clean due to the structure made for the ADA

The bed was uncomfortable, with an overly soft mattress and very poor-quality pillows. The linens smelled strongly of bleach, which was unpleasant for someone sensitive to odors. The staff were average at best; even after leaving a tip at breakfast, there was no acknowledgment and the attitude felt unwelcoming.
Secondly, I had booked an ocean-view room and had informed the hotel that it was my birthday. Not only did I receive no birthday greeting or surprise, but we were given Room 167 in Building 1, which was located in a sunken area, with only a rocky hill visible from the balcony. When I complained, I was told that no other rooms were available and that they could change the room on the second day. We were then moved to the 6th floor, which truly had a beautiful ocean view.

Paradise. All you need to know. Get a villa and stay in luxury. This place is walking distance to the top mall for shopping or dinning. Literally the property has everything for you not to go outside and just stay in there. Their restaurants are solid. Nice buffet for breakfast. Great bars at the pool and the infinity pool for great romantic moments. Two 24/7 jacuzzis and solid views on the rooms. Literally besides the fact that they were remodeling the lobby (which one appreciates in the long run of course the maintaining of the hotel) I have zero complaints. It’s a gorgeous property and top attention. Plus bonus because the villa has everything you need for living. Washing drier machine. Your own hot tub with a view. Full kitchen. TVs in room and living room. Pure comfort.
I didn’t like much the fact that they took so long on the check in. That’s all I can say negative. But they do try to be super nice and welcoming and that’s why. I’d rather have fast check in and have a concierge to talk to whomever wants the nice long welcome.
