Food and staff were amazing.
The entertainment team is great.
Bathroom towels need to be replaced.
Exterior rooms trash and trays for room service needed to be removed more frequently.
Furniture in the lobby area needs shampoo.

Not much
Where to begin? It was dreadful. The rooms are tiny, the hotel food was disgusting - there were just fruit flies festering on the fruit and no one seemed to care. It felt more like a 2* star resort. The first thing the staff did was try to upsell the rooms instead of trying to take care of us. It really puts Hilton’s name to shame. Luckily they let us leave with a full refund.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, the food was delicious, and the variety of drinks was impressive. The beach and pool activities kept everyone entertained, and the kids club was truly outstanding. A great place for a relaxing and fun family vacation.
In the last 2 days of our stay, we had some issues with the room‑access bracelets — every time we wanted to enter the room, we needed to ask for assistance. However, help was always provided within seconds, so it never became a major inconvenience.

One major issue is that there were no sugar-free drink options and almost no food options suitable for diabetics, which is unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort. Staff didn’t seem prepared to help with dietary restrictions.
