The food was great - we enjoyed the different food themes (Mexican was our favorite). The room was comfortable, as were the beds and linens. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved it!
not a fault of the resort, but there isn't a lot of room for a beach walk

I love the staff and the rooms were very spacious and clean.
It didn’t have too many food captions I got a little tired of the same thing for lunch. I know we could have went to the sister hotel but with a 11 month only and a 3 yr old it was not possible

Small, cozy, pleasant organized and clean. Great experience for the value. The villa is really comfortable and spacious! Excellent choice for families.
Food could get an upgrade, but I understand that is what you normally get on all inclusive resorts...

The beach was beautiful and the pool was very nice. The swim up bar was a nice touch. Our room was a perfect size for 3 adults. We had plenty of room and the extra sink in the bedroom was a very nice surprise. The balconies were over the adult pool which I liked. The only thing I can think of that was not a great plus was the restaurants. The choices were not many and the food was okay but not great. And not really any other choices that were within walking distance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the friendly staff we interacted with.

We had a great time and can't wait to come again. Staff were great, food started off not as good but eventually got better, and the all inclusive part was great. Would have liked a little more action but the relaxation part was very much needed.

Loved the property- the villas, gardens, la palapa restaurant, pools were wonderful.Beautifully maintained and very clean.
Ocean - sea grass growing made it unpalatable to go into the water and the boat/marina traffic made the beach noisy and water dirty
Key policy - hated the policy that you had to provide your key to restaurants and bars, especially when it’s supposed to be an all inclusive environment.
Staff- a couple of the staff were very friendly (beach service and sports bar bartender) but they mostly seemed unhappy to be working there and providing service particularly to the all-inclusive guests.

The room set up was perfect for 4 people. The room was amazingly clean each day. The Thanksgiving buffet was lovely.
The water/ocean is terrible -- only a tiny path that is not full of seagrass, so we barely got in, which was very disappointing. Hated always having to hand over our room key for every drink or meal -- what's the purpose of the wrist band? The staff was not overly friendly. The woman at the hostess stand (one without glasses) was very unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Rules were so strict. It was 2 minutes away from opening for breakfast and my family had an emergency for the kid before heading out and wouldn't allow us to grab a little bit of milk to head out due to policy

Hotel beach is on your doorstep. Large comfortable rooms. Happy hour is available in all bars from 15.00-18.00h. The location is great, an Uber to downtown or a mall is only 10-15 minutes for 5-8 USD.
The air-conditioning is very noisy and kicks in automatically on the thermostat.
Perhaps as expected the prices in the hotel shop are exorbitantly expensive.

Really liked the room and staff! We loved the personal touch and the bell guys were so awesome!! The guards helped us so many times!
The food places…. Both were meh…… we were sooooo happy we could go to Cancun sands- sooo much better food and options.
