The staff were amazing everyone was nice & accommodating. I like that the mall is connected to the hotel with private access .
The hotel is very out dated the furniture in the room was dirty and old . But we made the best out of it for our short stay .

Size of the 2 bedroom suite and 2 bathrooms. Nice that it had a washing machine. AC not working in one bedroom so was going to find us a different room but all 4 we looked at stunk like sewer or musty so we stayed where we were and the did get the AC fixed as I had had surgery and needed rest.
THE Noise from down the street at the nightclub until 4 am!!!!!! It was horrible, I dreaded bedtime.

Wonderful
Close to restaurants, shopping, grocery, Malecon for morning and evening strolls along the lagoon. Fabulous vista from the balcony, excellent swimming pool for lap swimming, top notch security.
Gym needs repair of the multi exercise machine, the elliptical machine , and one of the two treadmills. Also, would be nice to have a couple yoga mats, a large exercise ball and a foam roller.

Great stop for our first night. Handy to go to shops if needed
Pool lovely.

Honestly nothing was as advertised. The pool was not like the pictures it was not clean as we had ants in our unit and they offered to spray raid instead of move us. Eventually they moved us when we said no to the raid.
The noise in this place is unbelievable. They also ask for 100 dollar deposit which is not an issue but only in cash. They refuse to switch us rooms when we asked because of the noise. This place is not as rated. I would check other hotels instead of this one.

The customer service provided was exceptional. The facility offers guided tours, and I was granted access to my room an hour in advance of the scheduled check-in time. The view from my room was pleasant, and my specific room request was accommodated.
On Sunday morning, an event took place in front of the malecon, where an individual utilized a microphone at approximately 7:00 AM, causing a disturbance to our rest.

Friendliness, such patience and kindness from the staff. Super clean , nice location to mall. Public transportation close by. Good choice .

Good value, good views, quiet rooms
Toilet seat was missing from our original room, so after 3 times asking we were moved to another room. The new room we were moved into, had a much smaller TV that was broken upon arrival. We made it work, but room to improve.

The location was very close to the event we were there for. The building felt safe. The room was very clean. It was a nice room. The security gentleman was exceptional.
There was a gentleman at the front desk that treated us terrible. He was rude. Not helpful. Very unkind to us.
The wifi was not working…then TV was not working. We went to the front desk 3x for help. It still did not work. Finally on our last night staff came and tried to get working for over an hour. Worked for 15 min and then stopped working again.
We ran out of shampoo and body wash on 2nd day and we asked that housekeeping refill them. But they did not.
Phone in the room would not work. To call front desk.

The place was absolutely surprising with the beautiful view to the ocean. And sunsets with the city view. Near the mall. Highly recommend
I was expecting to be simple thing like dish soap. Papers towels. Or kitchen towels.
