Staff, location, facility, activities.
Food selection Eeh and bland taste.
No microwave if you hungry later cannot save.
Shower water does not drain, fills up while you shower and drains later slowly.
They don't change beddings and clean the rooms well, dusty and also the rooms and beddings smelt moldy.
I believe there was a misunderstandind or discrepancy with my payment I'll follow up with edreams.

The food was excellent, with a great variety of dining options. The entertainment was fun, and there were plenty of activities throughout the day. The staff, especially in the restaurants and bars, were outstanding, friendly, and attentive.
stayed in a King Suite, which I was told was one of the highest room categories. Unfortunately, the room did not feel very clean. There were items left behind by previous guests, which made me question the housekeeping standards. The room cleanliness was disappointing compared to the rest of the resort

Facility, lots to do in and close by of the facility. Food options were decent.
The rooms and corridors need to be upgraded. The rooms were too basic and outdated, and the shower sometimes ran out of water
