Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was good. Abundance of towels.
Tbone steak was full of gristle and not good. Drinks were weak. Excursions (parasailing) too expensive.

The pools are great and the staff friendly. Bed is super comfy.
Giant cockroach in my room! And the walls are paper thin you can hear conversations in the next room very clearly. The buffet options were minimal. There was so much seaweed we couldn’t enjoy the ocean.

We loved the property and location as well as the all inclusiveness and the beach area and pools
The only thing I didn’t like with it being 5 star was our room floor was dirty and we asked them to run a vacuum and mop to which they said they would and obviously didn’t because our feet were black and you could feel the sand. This was the day we checked in and had not yet been to the beach.

ALL of the open/close times under restaurant info are incorrect!
There’s even an additional charge for room service!
Language barriers are very difficult, the english is not good that’s if they speak it at all.
The pools closed at 8 PM, but the pool/beach bars and restaurants close at 5… again incorrectly advertised.
The reservation app was down for two days, so we were unable to make any reservations, which left us limited to the gross buffet!
We didn’t have Internet for a day and a half, and once we asked about it, only then we were told us they changed the password!
They are extremely short staff even though they have acknowledged this is one of the busiest weeks. So food/bar wait times are ridiculously long!
They’ve had the same entertainment every night in the lobby!
Every time we talk to a different staff member, we get different information!

Resort was clean and beautiful
Restaurants Da Vinci was sooo upity. They wouldn't let us in with nice flip flops and I mean nice. Allsobthey wouldn't let my 16 yr old grandson in. I can see little kids but a 16 yr old. Not much of a selection with only 2 speciality restaurants to go to.

The constant aggravation by time share agents in lobby.the consierge was of no service. The reservation system in house was not working ( the restaurants were half empty but we could not get a reservation, consierge said he could not help because he gad no access to restaurants?? In their own resort????. Food at buffet was disgustingly bland and the same every day.

The price was great fro 5 days and 4 nights, hotel is nice and hotel staff was cool, not much of a party hotel.
It was impossible to get reservation at the restaurant we only get to eat at the buffet, you got to be up early to do the reservation online.

Wonderful
I recently stayed at the Wyndham All-Inclusive Resort in Cancun with my best friend, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Our room was impeccably maintained, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering both modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The attention to detail in housekeeping did not go unnoticed and made our stay especially enjoyable.
The beach was stunning, with pristine sand and clear turquoise water - with a lot of seaweed though. Ample seating and attentive staff ensured that we could fully unwind and enjoy the beautiful setting.
Each dinner & breakfast was a highlight, with diverse menu selections, fresh ingredients, and excellent service. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and hospitality throughout our stay.
This resort exceeded our expectations in every category, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend the Wyndham All-Inclusive Resort to anyone seeking a memorable and refined Cancun experience.

I like the fact the room was nice and big. Also it was our birthdays and they set the room up so nice for us with a towel cake In which I thought was so nice. Also, the staff was nice but the spa package people can be a little aggressive. When people are just getting there, they should leave people alone. It becomes too much. But it ok. The room service food was the best food but the 5 dollar fee was off for me. I didn't have to pay for room service in DR. But it was a good stay.
I didn't like the food at this hotel at all. The buffet was ok. And the sit in breakfast on the beach was great. The room service wings was the best. And rails for wet clothes should be put on balconies because if not people will hang them over banisters.
