Great pool for kids, friendly staff
Food was decent - but the main buffet nothing special. I saw a roach on two occasions at the main buffet on different days and opposite sides of the restaurant which was a bummer

We stayed in a swim out Master Privilege suite. Room was humongous. Conveniently located to the main pool, privilege lounge, and tram. Rosa, our butler was available and responsive day and night. She honestly made the trip for us! So great! Food was delicious. Very clean. Great stay overall.
Transportation to anywhere was not included and quite expensive.

Maybe the cute monkeys on the premise?
My room had a terrible leak in the hallway adjacent to my bathroom and Housekeeping would just show up with towels. They didn’t have the room type that I paid extra to exchange. And they were rude.
The food was TERRIBLE and so was the tour bought there.

Food food food! Eventually, some drinks, even though beer isn't their specialty. They only offer Modelo and Corona.
If you're willing to do anything other than enjoy the resort, use their agents for peace of mind. You won't find better packages outside the resort, especially with their shuttle included.
DON'T FALL FOR THE TIMESHARE OFFERS! They're trained to sell!!!! Not worth it! It's always a big scam that's hard to get off later.
The bed broke in the middle of the night, and the number of chairs available during the day wasn't enough. We had to leave a towel out very early in the morning to save a place for us.
Location was ok, but everything requires a taxi, and they're not the cheapest. The trip from the resort to downtown (7 miles/11 km) will cost US$30 for up to 3 pax and US$45 for up to 5 pax.

I liked the people, restaurants, everything was just great.
Room service was not so perfect, since is just available from 6 am to 10 pm, I think it’s better 24/7 service. Beside this everything else was okay.

Bowling Alley was great. Steakhouse very good.

The activities for kids were excellent!
Some of the staff members were not friendly at all!
My first room was dirty, and the staff's handling of it made us very uncomfortable!
The next day, they wanted us to return to the room we complained about!

The only thing I can think of is the wait staff at the restaurants was really pleasant.
They try to sell you time shares as soon as you walk in the door. Literally! The beach is covered with seaweed. There is not much good about this place.
