Good rooms , beds are very small for two people
Service is horrible the staff almost made us pay 80 dollars because they done like us , they kicked out our friend for losing his hotel bracelet (!!!) and didn’t let him take his things , this has never happened before !

the room was beautiful, the whatsapp room service doesn’t work, the staff for the most part was kind, except when i requested a late check out they were rude and wouldn’t even give me ten min. they even came to my door at check out and bitched me out lol i was right on time. Kinda silly. they charge 80 pesos for hotel room coffee lol which should be complimentary but it’s ok. The views are pretty the restaurant staff is kind.

I liked the ocean view and lagoon view.
There is a furniture in the bathroom that you can bump (hurt) your head very easily. Also there is only one trash can and is the one in the bathroom.

The pool and the swings are cool. The hamacas too!
It’s nothing like in the pictures. The rooms are in a very bad shape, mole on the bathroom, tile broken , the towels are horrible, the pool with garbage and glasses , the food in the restaurant horrible and expensive..

Is a not smoking resort BUT there VIP can smoke in the property and they let them be suupeerrr loud even at 1am and you can hear everything in your room ?

We stayed one night here out of our 8 day trip through the Riviera Maya. We stayed to experience Cancun. It was within walking distance to the nightclubs and stores which was convenient. The hotel is well equipped. The rooms were spacious. We reserved two rooms for a party of 8. The grounds were clean. Staff was attentive and up early getting the grounds ready for the day. They also have their own lifeguard (thankfully); he saved my sister in law!
Would have wanted conditioner for hair! It was a bit loud when people were coming back from the nightclubs. We were on a lower floor.

Excellent location
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and found it comfortable and well-located. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were a few small details that could be improved: the rooms did not include coffee or tea, and when I asked for sugar at the restaurant, they informed me that small packets are not provided. These are amenities I’ve typically seen in 4-star hotels.

Love the place, proximity to the pools and beaches is the best. It was our second stay here. Not too big and not too small!! Ocean views are exceptional!

We arrived in Cancun in the evening and needed a hotel near by with parking for our rental car. This place was perfect! The ocean view, beach and pool we’re spectacular for our 1 night stay.

How bad the stuff member harassment to prove you got a wristband when you do I had a lady knocking in my room trying to get my aunt out because she thought she didn’t have it while she was in the shower
