Great location - within 20 minute walk of departure dock for isle mujeres and 1 minute walk to bus stop for getting to bars in the evening. Great beach space with well maintained pools and other outdoor areas.
Limited number of deck chairs available so difficult to secure comfy seats on the beach and around pool areas if you’re late to go outside and fairly repetitive menu at one of the restaurants

I just liked the location, it’s very convenient since it’s located in the Hotel area in Cancun and in general the food was ok.
The property is old, you can noticed when you look to the rooms. No small fridge in the room (something normal in resorts), frequently they couldn’t handle the amount of people and you’ll need to do a line for breakfast, dinner, etc and in general the personnel is not that friendly, most of the time I have to make a self service for beverages because nobody will take care of my table. Also, the washrooms didn’t look neat… there’s a lot of negative things I could related but I just mentioned the main ones.

Disappointing
Beach was great, they tried to clean up seaweed and many of the guests were helping with raking too. Wifi worked fine, many of the staff were friendly. The food at MakiTaco and Los Agaves were really good too.
buffets were poor quality food, many of us got a bit sick. And the shows did not have enough room for us to watch them. Filled to capacity and no room available to even stand and watch

Everything! Would not recommend.
Food was awful, food choice was awful. Absolutely no options for vegans. Vegetarians would struggle to find a decent meal. The entire stay we were unsuccessful at getting a booking for any restaurant so had to have the buffet every meal which just had the same food. Had to queue for buffet entrance.
Staff in coffee shop were rude.
Smells of sewage on the beach.
Says I get a coffee machine in the room but no coffee machine and they hounded me for proof.
Very crowded.
Beach sand was rock hard. Most of the sun beds are broken.
Music until 1am
No view at all from the balcony just a wall.
5 nights was more than enough.
