This whole place is one of the best I’ve stayed in on my 6 month trip. The private rooms are amazing. The real highlight was the staff that helped with the tours and activities each day. Carlos and Rebecca specifically. These activities, and how friendly they are, made this place so good that I am going back before flying out of cancun. Thank you!

I had previously booked a hostel in another city, and the experience was so disappointing that I couldn’t even stay the night. So naturally, I arrived with hesitation. But The Nomad Experience didn’t just change my mind — it completely restored my faith in what a hostel can be. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt welcoming, organized, and genuinely accommodating. There’s something special about this place — it feels safe, vibrant, and intentionally run. You can tell it’s managed with care and pride. The staff is what truly elevates this place. Ale, Carlos, Brit, Clark, and Oskar went above and beyond in every way. They weren’t just helpful — they were attentive, proactive, warm, and professional. Every interaction felt personal. It’s rare to see a team that works together so smoothly while still making each guest feel individually valued. And I absolutely must recognize Blanka, the housekeeper. The cleanliness was impeccable. Everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Her attention to detail and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Now let’s talk about the rooftop — because that deserves its own applause. The rooftop bar is incredible. The atmosphere feels like a boutique resort in the sky. The pool, the lighting, the vibe — and that stunning view of Cancún — it creates an experience you simply don’t expect from a hostel. Watching the city from above with a drink in hand felt luxurious and relaxed at the same time. The rooftop staff were fantastic — friendly, attentive, and energetic without being overwhelming. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff members were quite lovely and very attentive. Special thanks to Ale, Carlos and Adri, all 3 were very helpful and could answer my questions about whatever doubts or queries I had about the hostel or getting around Cancun. Gracias a ustedes 3!?? I also want to big up the cleaning ladies who always cleaned the rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen so well. Because I stayed the entire week, guests were checking in and out my shared room and every day like clockwork, the ladies were always making the place clean again. And they were also very pleasant, always returning a greeting whenever we passed by each other. Thanks ladies! Finally, shout out the volunteers and activities team. Carlos, you are so informative and helpful, not to mention your taco tour was a blast and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to you during the other activities as well. Special mention goes to Kiara, I truly enjoyed your yoga classes every day. Such a lovely way to start the day. Really nice and clean place. I stayed only one night. Our dorm had separate shower and toilet which helps when it’s busy. Only 5 mins on foot from ADO bus terminal so the location is great.

Great location near the bus terminal. Oskar, one of the staff goes above and beyond despite working overnight. The guacamole class with Carlos shouldn’t be missed.
