Very Good
The restaurant staff were very friendly and went back and forth. And they were able to get us an avocado and some hot milk. Surprisingly, there are no raw avocados in any of the restaurants. The hotel offers really great room service. There’s a large selection of food, and it’s free. It actually takes less time than going down to the restaurant and wait for serving or serving yourself.
It’s not stroller or handicap-friendly. There’s a lack of elevators and convenient paths to the restaurants. Only stairs. It’s ridiculous. A full-size crib is not actually a full-size crib. It’s a baby crib. The hotel beach always has waves, and there are no breakwaters. We had to go to a different beach to swim safely with a child.

This will probably be my permanent destination for all my future trips. Everything was perfect. The food variety is the best I’ve experienced out of all All-Inclusive hotels I’ve stayed . The food quality as well. You may need 10 days to taste everything that it offers. The staff is absolutely phenomenal, so well trained, polite and resourceful. Also the cleanliness. The clean all facilities all the time and it’s impeccable. It’s right on the beach, the pools are great, the gym is great, wifi is very strong even at the beach. 11/10
The only thing is indoor entertainment for kids during the evening or on a rainy day. Some arcades could help.

Lunch, there is nothing much to eat. At 7 am all the seats around the pool is already reserved with guest towels. Need more entertainment in the evening.

My friend and I stayed here, and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. There wasn’t even a phone in the room, so I had to call from my own phone every time, which wasn’t a huge issue, but it took forever to confirm our room number due to ongoing problems. - I visited the front desk multiple times, but they never fixed our issue. The entire stay felt overrated and disappointing. - I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

Our room had a beautiful beach view. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast at Hana was amazing with tons of choices
Things I wish our room had; fan in the bathroom, towel hooks in bathroom, more outlets throughout the room, more mirrors. Room had a small table and only one chair. The nightly entertainment was good but we were disappointed on Casino night several children were at the tables. I feel like this should be adult only. Also, lots of children in the hot tub swimming around and splashing. Hot tub should be a relaxing place.

The staff were the best part of the resort in my opinion. Great location.
Not enough water slides or pools. Coffee not served until 6:00; if you’re an early bird like me was disappointing. Didn’t love making reservations for dinner. If you are not on top of it you will be left with very late reservation times. Only buffet is at breakfast. Gym doesn’t open until 6:00.

Modern, clean, friendly staff, great place for kids and families. The food was amazing too.
Not having a lunch and dinner buffet isn’t great. The restaurants book up very fast and there were a couple nights we couldn’t get a reservation. They need to improve their options for lunch and dinner.
