We had a great experience staying at this property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The staff was always friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Aurora Ramos for her amazing attention and support throughout our stay. She was always attentive, kind, and willing to help with anything we needed, including our reservations. Her professionalism and customer service truly made a difference in our experience.
We also want to mention Dulce, our server at the beach, who was incredible the entire time. She always made sure my tumbler was refilled and that we always had drinks without even having to ask. Her attentiveness and positive attitude made our beach days even better.
We truly appreciated everyone’s hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Just the zone area
The person who assisted us was not friendly; I had paid for a King room, but he gave us a queen instead. We were very tired from our trip, so we had no choice but to take the room. I didn't realize the mistake until we actually got to the room.

Location was ideal to be steps away from downtown area for entertainment.
Staff was not friendly and there was constant excuses for what had been offered. All bars closed at 10:30pm when they said 11pm which is early for an all inclusive.

My room had a nice ocean view and the room was decent.
Since I did not choose the all-inclusive option, drinks were overpriced at 90 pesos (about $5.00) each. The restaurants and buffets were also expensive, and the food quality did not appear very appetizing. For the total amount that we paid for each night, at the very least, there should have been a lunch or dinner included.

Horrible!!! I travel 4-5 times a year and this resort is the worst place I have ever traveled to in my lite. I am writing this here because the " what didn't you like?" Section is limited to the amount you can write. Please review my photos before you go here. Booking.com has to be held accountable as well!!!!
The following review is about our terrible experience at Krystal Cancun in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, a property WE booked in good faith through the Booking.com platform for the dates of April 2-8, 2026, at a total cost of US$1,891.33. We only stayed at this resort for one night, sleeping in our travel clothes, due to the overwhelming discomfort we were put through. What was intended to be a relaxing and enjoyable vacation became a profoundly distressing, humiliating, and entirely unacceptable experience, one that escalated to the point where our wristbands were deliberately removed by management while our complaint remained entirely unresolved, restricting us to the hotel lobby with no access to any amenity, no resolution, no meaningful assistance, and a Booking.com support agent on the phone who could not get the hotel's own staff to answer his calls.
This complaint encompasses four distinct and serious categories of failure: (1) unsanitary, hazardous, and misrepresented room conditions so severe that we were unable to safely use the bedding and were forced to sleep in the clothes we had traveled in, and compelled to spend out-of-pocket money on food outside the resort despite having paid for an all-inclusive package; (2) racially discriminatory and dismissive treatment directed at us as African American guests; (3) a deliberate and retaliatory restriction of our resort access mid-complaint by management, combined with deeply inappropriate conduct by hotel staff; and (4) false advertising regarding the all-inclusive nature of the resort's services. Each of these issues individually would warrant a full refund and formal investigation. Together, they represent one of the most harmful, humiliating, and disrespectful hospitality experiences either of us has ever endured. Also, booking did absolutely nothing to help and even encouraged this behavior.com, ignored me and my partner on several occasion and pushed by concerns and wellbeing like we were nothing.

The food was ok, very expensive. $30 usd each meal.
Worst hotel ever! The staff was rude, and some kids were ding-dong-ditching us every night. Staff refused to do anything and refused a refund for the rest of the nights.

Elevators seems needs maintenance, and the personal whos in charge to clean the rooms have to be a little more in touch with his personal, the clean my room at 5pm where since 8am I put the card out of the room that they can go inside.

There was this youth orange week happening, where we couldn’t sleep for 4 nights, because the youths were shouting and running drunk on our floor. Told the front desk every day, they couldn’t do much. So that was a big no no, otherwise it was ok

I’ve been here before. I believe it’s a great value for the location. The elevators can be slow, all the employees I encountered were nice! The drinks, though never really seemed to have any booze in them. I never get the all-inclusive. I prefer going to other restaurants! I love it here. I’ll be back again! I never really hang at the pool just in the early morning because at around 11:30 loud music starts. I’d prefer a little more peace so I come down early for the sunrise and put my towel on my chair. You need to go down early. Then I’ll go get a coffee across the street at Starbucks or even one in the hotel. They have a Starbucks there. Then I come back! If you’re looking for a first class experience, try the Hyatt Ziva, a few hotels away! And thousands of dollars more!
Well, I have an injury to my leg so I had to keep going downstairs at least six times because my key wouldn’t work. My door kept getting deactivated! That was annoying.
