Everything was good. The room was comfy, showers were nice, and the air conditioning worked well. There were some marks from previous furniture and on the curtains, but that's just a small detail. I'd recommend staying here if you want a budget option, it's really close to the ADO terminal in Cancún and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
The only downside was some marks from previous furniture on the walls and stains on the curtains, but nothing major.

The pool was actually well taken care of and enjoyable temperature. Nice little patio. All the personnel are nice. Cool little underrated restaurant attached great breakfast great dinner. Short walk to a ADO bus line.
It was fine, perfect for my needs and well priced.
•Watch that toilet though when you flush it the handle jiggles; jiggle it back up so it doesn’t leak outside the backside. Flush handle probably needs fixed and tightened up. Hot water is questionable at certain times but still tolerable. I figured it out fast lol

YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING OR HAVE LIQUOR IN YOUR ROOM..... IN THE RESTAURANT, THE WAITRESS WAS RUDE.... AND NEEDLES TO SAY IT WAS A NO-BRAINER WE WALKED OUT AND WENT ELSEWHERE.....WHAT A SHAME.

Very outdated, only had a sheet on the bed had to go to receptionist to ask for a thicker blanket, toilet is horrible you have to flush the toilet multiple times just so the water can go down, pool very small did not use it maybe can hold about 8 people and that’s a tight swim.

Close to the ADO bus station and Soriana supermarket. Big comfortable room. Small pool. Restaurant with breakfast on site.
Older furnishings. They have hot water from 7 pm, which is little bit uncomfortable, if you come from the beach in the afternoon.

Great staff, clean rooms, delicious chilaquiles and fruit in the restaurant. Great value for the price, we would stay there again.
The sound carries from the hall into the rooms so we could hear people talking loudly as we were trying to sleep. Our rooms didn’t have blankets which would have been nice as the AC is quite chilly. But we didn’t ask the front desk, they may well have them! Regardless we would definitely stay again.

Great location in Cancun, very close to the ADO bus terminal! The hotel was comfortable and very clean, and the staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

The staffs were really friendly and respectful and very helpful
The hallway noise was intense. People kept talking out loud, kids screaming, I couldn’t sleep. Had a headache till I checked out. The a/c wasn’t too functional. I couldn’t locate a charging port for my phone and laptop in the room. Had to charge them in the bathroom. The WiFi wasn’t strong for the tv

1. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Especially the night auditor/front desk male. I don't remember his name.

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any MICROWAVE, FRIDGE, or WASHCLOTH/SHOWER RAG.
We had to purchase an igloo and all these things at Walmart and constantly buy ice to keep our beverages cool.

It was all in great shape! The staff were nice. The pool was great just wish it wasnt so deep for us short folks. I would definitely be back. Wish the rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. I also wanted free breakfast but that didnt come with the stay.
The pool was too deep for us short people and younger kids. No breakfast. No mini fridge. No microwave. No coffee maker. There was loud music playing several nights in a row.
