Wonderful
This hotel has an unique atmosphere thanks to friendly staff. Master apartment was huge and provided a fantastic view to the ocean. We enjoyed the stay. The meals in the hotel restaurant are delicious. The area next to the pool is not big, however is sufficient. We recommend the hotel NYC in Cancun also due to the location directly on the beach with pool & ocean view.

One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the spa for the first time, and it did not disappoint. The experience was relaxing, professional, and exceeded my expectations.
What stood out most, however, was the staff. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, friendly. I felt completely comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay. The warmth and hospitality made all the difference.

We like it's location and the front receptionists' hospitality and friendly attitude to guests' requirement.
We don't like the floating seaweeds in front of the hotel, which affect the shooting of photos.

The rooms were spacious staff were nice breakfast was very good
The toilet overflowed one night but phone never worked in room so had to dress and go down to reception maintenance and cleaner were prompt but didn’t realise husbands shoes and clothes were on floor in bedroom next morning so had to wash them out and no towels were replaced that I had to stem the flow so had to request at reception
Unless you were all inclusive very expensive for drinks and the onsite shop a walk to a shop a bit of a drag in the heat and the hotel swimming pool wasn’t that big considering the size of hotel and sometimes you can’t get in it as the water polo nets are up and swerving balls

Amazing stay from start to finish. The hotel has a beautiful beach, very comfortable rooms and a great atmosphere. The staff was excellent and made our honeymoon very special by upgrading our room and preparing a lovely decoration with champagne for us at no extra charge. It was a very thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated.
Honestly, very little to complain about. The stay was great overall.

Modern European style design. Very clean. Comfortable padded pool chairs. We were upgraded to a balcony suite upon check in which was huge and beautiful. Stunning views. Aircon worked great in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Hot water and pressure great. The front desk and bell hop were very helpful to our family. We ate at the buffet and pool side restaurant. Both had excellent all inclusive food options that were delicious. I loved my stay here. Can highly recommend.
If I had to be picky, the white wine and brut on the AI menu were not good at all. However, the red wine was decent.

Wonderful
Our entire stay was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed it to the fullest. We stayed at the hotel at the end of our several-day vacation during which we traveled across Mexico, and this hotel was exactly what we needed for some final relaxation. The staff were wonderful and very helpful, the hotel was clean and cozy, and the food and drinks were excellent.
We especially enjoyed the daily activities organized by the entertainment team, particularly the pool volleyball. We would definitely love to return to this hotel whenever we visit Mexico again.
The beach was beautiful and clean, with plenty of sun loungers and lots of space. The food in the restaurant was very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Our hotel room was clean and spacious.
A very special thank you goes to the young lady who checked us in on our first day. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone — it is truly worth it.
There was honestly nothing about the accommodation that I didn’t like.
