Construction was going on daily and lots of the restaurants were closed. Stayed in the tower the first 3 nights which was great and then moved to a villa where the ac did not get colder than 28 Celsius. We had to move rooms to finally get cold ac after two nights of sweating

The hospitality at this place was amazing. Room service 24/7. We had access to the beach with lifeguards. lots of eating and drinking. I enjoyed the food, the espresso cafe and alcoholic drinks. I wasn't Michelin star food but it matched or exceeded the price.
I didn't like how the room looked when it was bright outside, it was kind of a 90's vibe. However the afternoons at the hotel were nice, more like a 2020's vibe. The hotel overall feels better in the evening hours. It may have been that the sun was way too strong and my room was facing it in the mornings. I also didn't like that the AC thermostat didn't adjust the temperature in the room, I feel like we could have been a little cooler/comfortable.

I loved the way you can walk right out of your room to the most beautiful beach in the world .
I have a bad hip and replaced ankle,so walking on beautiful stone walk way was very difficult for me.

They didn’t had 2 of the restaurants open. Chinese and Mexican and the food is really boring

The property is well organized. There are areas that are family friendly- the main pool, snack shop, ice cream shop, buffet restaurant- and areas without children. The villas are quiet, and large. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of pillows and the bathroom is spacious and functional. It is close to time for a refresh and they have started that

The staff
Check in took forever for no reason had to wait over an hour and only 3 people were in front on us. Food only one restaurant was open and the buffet. The main bar was closed and absolutely no entertainment none. The air didn’t work in our room and had to complain 3 times and my daughter has back issues the beds were so hard her back hurt so bad she could not move for most of the trip. I asked for another room with better beds and they said they were full and provided a mattress pad. The staff was the only thing that was great. I will not stay at this resort again.

The room was very nice, but the bed was uncomfortable. Food was okay sometimes, beach was stunning. Staff was great, but i did have a very bad interaction with one of them when i was doing nothing wrong. Chased me down all the way to the ocean. One man was smoking near me as i was taking pictures, and they associated me with him. Damin from the bar told me to report this. It was very scary. Taking picture of me and running after me.

It is very clean property
We stayed in a vila and walkways had iguana crawling scared my kids and wife a few times which we will be avoid booking that side of the property

The view from the room was amazing. It was quiet. We were in the “premier tower” which was away from things and near the adults only pool. Very quiet and a short walk to a beautiful beach which was never crowded. Most days the water was calm enough that we felt comfortable about going in despite being in our late 70s. High end liquors - beefeater and tanquery gin. Johnny Walker scotch.
The food was comparable to other all inclusives A bit bland. Go service though

Amazing staff!! The room, restaurants, lobby, spa were all very clean. Food was very good, entertainment both during the day and at night were also very good.
Wish our room had a balcony instead of a patio near the entrance to get on and off the beach.
