Poor
We are really disappointed with our room and the service here. The bathroom and sink are both clogged, and the room has an unpleasant smell and too old.. On top of that, we received no welcome bottled water or any complimentary drink. I called the front desk six times and was promised it would be delivered, but nothing arrived. I called the next day for the water to drink, I was told I have to pick it up myself at the front desk.. Buffet food are too ordinary..

Wonderful
This is my third time staying at Grand Oasis, and every time I come, I find a new activity or something I hadn’t noticed before. For the price you pay, I think it’s a great resort. Since I’ve been here multiple times, I know my way around and what I like best.
There are two buffets that serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is okay overall — not everything is amazing, but there are definitely some really good options. If you don’t want the buffet for dinner, they also have different restaurants you can reserve through the app.
I highly recommend Maki Taco, a Japanese-Mexican fusion restaurant that was so good! Bahia was also amazing — they had some of the best salmon I’ve ever had.
Throughout the day, there are snack stands with pizza, tacos, burgers, and on the other side of the resort they have spicy chicken and ice cream.
They also have a bunch of bars in the pools and all around the resort. The liquor isn’t the highest quality, but it definitely gets the job done — and the piña coladas are great.
There’s also an 18+ beachfront area, and every day around 3 PM they have fun activities like foam parties, contests, and games that are really entertaining to watch.
Make sure to download the app before you go so you can see all the activities happening during the day. At night, they usually have either live music or a really cool Mexican show with dancers and gymnastics performances.

Loved all the activities that were available an the inter action with the staff was excellent
Beautiful property , Our room was spatular view of ocean, however we are older, DJ/Band lasted till 11 every night by the pool. I would had rather been on the quieter side…. Restaurants an staff was excellent. I will visit again soon.

I did like the amenities, the room,
The food in the buffette, must to have more variety in Latin o Hispanic food and from other countries;the resort don’t have room service. The hamburger’s meat must to be better. Don’t taste good;like the bad brand.

We had roaches every single day. A staff came as per our request which took two request to get the person to come and we kept having roaches every day. Disgusting. Also some of your staff were rude and our personal experience from the past it has change your property is not as friendly and the price of the room to deal with roaches too. I will post pictures

Free upgrade of the room. The room size was great. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful (with one exception). Lots of entertainment and things to do if we wanted. The food was excellent.
The one thing that was bad about the whole stay was, on the last day we left at 0445; so had breakfast at 0400 or at least tried. The two staff who were stocking the bread in the Tatish Buffet would not let my wife have any bread: even though she tried to explain we were leaving and this was our breakfast. Why put out food, but not let it be eaten?

Pleasant
The location and overall atmosphere were great. The facilities were nice and the stay was enjoyable overall.
Room cleaning was not provided during my stay, and the service was sometimes difficult. Also, the room was missing some basic items.

All the experience was amazing until we realized we had to do an upgrade to get access for the rest of the restaurant and reservations in advance. Anyway We enjoyed the restaurant that we had included. The resort have an amazing staff, food and recreation facilities. ? It worth it
I didn’t know about upgrades and the reservations for some restaurant.

The pool, and the night entertainment
The staff needs more training to guide the guess, the stuff not friendly at all, they need to improve to serve better food for all inclusive packages, the beaches were very dirty w sargaso, they need to invest to clean the beaches daily

The Resort is perfect, it has many options of food, activities and places to rest. It is gorgeous and the beach in front of the hotel is beautiful. They also have Pool parties.
The restaurants can get crowded. There is also a lot of upselling that is a little annoying for restaurants, chairs, beds etc, it not "all inclusive".

The beach.
I stayed at Grand Oasis Cancun and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The facilities are extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The showers were broken and didn’t drain properly, which made even basic use uncomfortable. Overall, the condition of the rooms and resort felt neglected.
The food was honestly borderline inedible. There were very few options that were actually enjoyable, and for an all-inclusive resort, that’s a major letdown. On top of that, with the blue wristband, access was very limited—only two bars were available, which made the experience feel restricted and not truly “all-inclusive.”
This trip completely turned me off from all-inclusive resorts. It was overpriced for what you get, and definitely not worth the money.
In my opinion, you’re much better off getting an Airbnb and going out to local restaurants in Cancun. You’ll have better food, more freedom, and likely still save money.
I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Nothing.
Mold blowing out of A/C duct - so bad that I now have a cough. No running water all day yesterday - so no toilet, sink or shower. Repeated wifi failure - all day and every day. Food was very poor quality, tasted bad, very poor food safety. Sargasm all over beach and water. Loud people shouting and screaming all day and night, each night at least until 4am, and no attempt by the resort to limit it.
It was billed as all inclusive on our initial reservation. When we arrived we were give blue wrist bands, and we found that less than half of restaurants and bars were included, and very little alcohol-drinks were included. When we asked about it, they said we would need to upgrade and pay more to get the real all-inclusive product. The new black band still was not all inclusive- e.g. no wine with dinner or anywhere else, so we got a bottle of Mexican white wine, that cost $125 and was terrible. The majority of regular or house level alcohol (e.g. tequila and other liquors, beer) were not included. We were able to have coors light in a can, keg dos equis and plastic bottle type liquor. A decent margarita (e.g. Don Julio reposado) was $16 w/o tip. This place is the epitome of a ripoff.
I tried to get some kind of compensation or reimbursement for the above and was told no. They don't offer anything like a refund for failure to provide what they promise when you purchase it.

Lot of activities, good food, several restaurants options. I went for honeymoon and the resort take care of that to make a better experience! Lot of nature with animals interacting! Relaxing in the morning, party after 11 a.m.
Just the restaurants that requested reservations, we couldn’t book any of them during the 3 days of our stay.
