The staff are amazing, they have different restaurants to choose from, nightly shows, all rooms have oceanviews and balconies.
Hoping they have more kiddie pool. They only have one in the kids club and one in the main pool area

The hotel rooms were very nice and luxurious and the beach and pools were nice! Beautiful hotel lobby always clean smells good and the beach and pool were amazing to relax and have fun in. Food was delicious.

We love GFCB - this was our second year in a row. The beach and pool are fantastic! Love the lobby lounge and dining options. Overall, it’s a wonderful experience, made best by the excellent staff and service.
1. Our room’s AC smelled a bit musty, which made the room smell the same. Pretty sure the AC needs work.
2. We would love to see a renovation of the outdoor patio outside the lobby lounge. It’s a lovely space but the door to the outside was broken and the outdoor furnishings there are sad. Not in keeping with the rest of the property.
3. Do continue to invest in the newer, modern furnishings in the lobby and common areas (which are beautiful),
4. Please consider renovation of the guest suites. Our bathroom was in need of a remodel. I’d suggest getting rid of the bathtubs - no need in 2026. Just a really nice walk in shower.

Everything here is designed for a perfect, relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is peaceful, the service is exceptional, and every detail is thoughtfully curated to create a truly enjoyable experience.

Design & Facilities: The entrance, lobby, and general design were visually stunning, offering a beautiful ambiance that contrasts sharply with the room conditions.
Rooms & Maintenance: The rooms were in poor condition, with urgent maintenance needed. They did not align with the overall feel of the hotel. Renovations are a must, as the room experience was far below standard.

I loved everything about the hotel, the food was great, coffee was amazing. The room was very clean, comfy bed and great view from the balcony. The staff was all very nice. Location was great! I would say the area we were in reminded me of the strip in Las Vegas the hotel is close to coco bongo (night club) which is the hotel zone a lot of restaurants and night clubs.
I didn’t like that when we got there after checking in a lady in a black suit came and told us to make reservations for dinner and asked us what we were planning to do. She was trying to get us to go and watch a video or something and we told her we didn’t have time and she kept insisting a lot and it got to a point where we felt so uncomfortable, there is an office there where you can just go and book whatever excursions or things you want to do that’s right before you get to the pool by check in, you don’t need to go through these people. That’s the only thing I would say was negative about my experience.

Beach is fantastic, turquoise color water, a complementary kayak, and a snorkel, all inclusive option
Dinner time even with reservation seating and serving the food might take more than an hour and after all of the, order came wrong on multiple occasions

Loved the room and facility. Very clean. Not crowded. Loved everything except having to get to the conceirge via elevator then taking the stairs up a floor.. very odd and inconvienent. our room was SUPERB. views amazing. food was par. expected more for the high end dinners. the buffet was actually better then the premier restaurants. Loved not crowed. Very Quiet. Very relaxing and fun.

Everything but buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner was outstanding! So was the very long pool that ran through the whole length of the property. Every evening there were some kind of shows and celebrations, kept us so well entertained, busy and happy. There were many restaurants with variety of cuisines that served vegetarian food as well. And the beautiful private white and beach. We also enjoyed a diner in the beach ones of the nights, extra payment for that though. Overall a very good all inclusive experience.
Experience of dinner on the beach should also be part of the inclusive and not separate payment. And the menu was horrible for vegetarians, we can do better there.
