We had excellent communication with and hospitality from our host. The apartment was large, clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and each room has air conditioning. We had everything we needed and were very pleased with our accommodations. The apartment is located on the fourth floor, so those with mobility issues may not easily access the apartment. It is located in the center of town in a residential neighborhood with easy and safe walking to the Mercado, restaurants, banks,and stores. This is a great location for business in Cancún or visiting family in the area. It will require transportation to access beaches, marinas, or the hotel zone. Public buses are available and affordable, but also extremely crowded during peak hours.
The property was exactly as advertised and met all of our needs.

The price was reasonable
We had no idea the apartment was on the 5th floor, with no elevator. We had to carry luggage up more than 60 steps. Bed was smaller than we thought. No toiletries, no hot water in one shower. Very used towels provided. Not the best area.

The apartment is spacious. We cooked in a lot and the kitchen works well, so we appreciated that. WiFi is fast. The host Julieta was intelligent and warm and helpful and true to her word. Good water pressure for showers. Excellent communication! The neighborhood is easily walkable to restaurants, shopping, and money exchange.
