I like the location of the place , it was close to the airport so it felt like a good idea to take a nap before my flight.

Proximity to Cancun airport.
Other than breakfast there is no dining facilities. This is problematic if you arrive in the afternoon or at night. No language other than Spanish is spoken by the reception staff. This is most unusual for a so called 'airport hotel'.

It was close to the airport and near some local restaurants and a 7-Eleven.
The property is near the airport and offers a shuttle service, however they ask you to reserve through WhatsApp. After you make a reservation, they inform you that the shuttle service only runs during a certain time frame, so if you arrive outside of that time frame, you have to wait at the airport. Additionally, the shuttle doesn't park in the same location as all the other shuttles. We had to go around the back. It was very confusing and required multiple calls to the hotel + photos to figure out where to go. The hotel location is right off of a main street, traffic sounds can be loud and are heard throughout the hotel. Breakfast was sub-par. Hotel cleanliness and comfort was fair, but not what we expected. It seemed like they just stuck a hotel building in the middle of a busy street.

no hot water in the entire hotel. they said the system was out of service, however it seems it is unserviceable since monhts. most of the rooms are empty and they assign the worst rooms to booking.com customers. microscopic room, not maintaned since long time, very dirty. this is not even a zero-star motel. will not come back for any reason

We appreciated the hotel's complimentary airport pick-up service, which made our arrival seamless and a welcome touch. Additionally, a small supermarket (or corner shop) is conveniently located in close proximity allowing guests to easily purchase essentials, such as something to eat and water.
Our brief stay at the hotel left us with mixed impressions. While the room was clean, it didn't quite meet the standards set by the hotel's advertising photos. The breakfast options were limited and not particularly impressive. One notable drawback was the hotel's location on a motorway, which resulted in a lack of a pleasant surrounding area. Fortunately, our overnight stay was a brief stopover, and we were able to arrange a private taxi to the port the following morning.

It’s basically on a highway where there are no sidewalks to even walk my service dog. The only places to get food are basically at an oxo or a 7eleven. There is nothing relatively close to the location of the hotel. No shopping no attractions,no anything. There is no pool there is no gym. You have your room and that’s basically what you have. It’s also located right next to a distribution factory for businesses restaurants so morning time is past loads of people getting off in front of the hotel mocking by and at dinner time I’m all leaving as well.
