Very Good
Small property.
Being named something that it is not. It is not a hotel nor boutique. More of an air b&b.

This Family owned boutique Hotel really is spot on with their name & truly deserves their flowers!! Ive spent the most serene little vacation in this paradise. Everything was almost as perfect; the view especially from the rooftop??? BREATHTAKING. The pool was clean, the arts were incredible - it was done by an uncle who was the architect If I remember correctly. The lagoon view from my room was spotless. It was close to everything including Ooxo, money exchange shops & other amenities. I felt safe walking around the area even at nights. One of the things I loved the most is the Ferry to go to Isla Mujeres is right across the street. Normally every room is cleaned after 4 days of staying but surprisingly mines was after only 2 days so I really appreciated that!! The staff was so friendly & communication was quick with the host/owner Señor Noel. Speaking of him, he is an amazing human being, one of the nicest person on earth! He went above & beyond to make me feel welcome & at home. Thank you so much everybody for your hospitality, keep preserving this beautiful hotel. I’ll deff come back here again with a heartbeat!!

Definitely a hidden gem. Huge room with a great view of the lagoon. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Great restaurant with discount for hotel guests within easy walking distance. Shops just round the corner.

Fabulous location on the lagoon walking distance from Isla Mujeres ferry. Away from all the identical high rise hotels in the strip. Wonderful personal welcome from one of the family despite delayed flight meaning we arrived after check in closed.

Exceptional
The ambiance and the views.
I wasn’t told until check in details were shared that visitors were not allowed. I had always intended to have family members come to visit during my stay and would have booked somewhere else if I had known. It was a bit of a hassle to get permission.

When we checked in the staff were kind enough to give us the better room by the pool on the bottom floor. Check in was smooth and the space was very comfortable. Also, with the rest of the hotel zone being so loud and crazy, this was nice and peaceful and a beautiful place to relax before heading home after a vacation.
Very hard to cross the street without danger, to get to the other side where the Ferry is and buses usually pick up for tours. Hotel zone needs to repaint the Pedestrian walks immediately. Very dangerous.

Good
Large apartment, very good kitchen although somewhat limited on crockery/cutlery, lovely pool overlooking the lagoon, beautiful building, fabulous roof top terrace
Communication was somewhat challenging, I asked for a room change several times before arrival and my emails were not responded to. In one such communication I asked for a late check out and said I’d arrive before 9pm. The late check out request wasn’t acknowledged and my email was misread so upon arrival I was met with ‘we thought you weren’t coming until after 9pm’. The staff set up a WhatsApp group for you when you arrive. Said group has breakfast times on it. On our first morning we went to the rooftop for breakfast only to be told they weren’t doing it that day. I suggested this might be the kind of thing to add to the WhatsApp group. The staff kindly paid for our breakfast on one of the days breakfast was available which was nice. When I chased for late check out I was told 12 noon was the latest, ok no problem, but as your checkout day is approaching the hotel sends out a number of automated messages stating you have to leave at 11am. This is confusing as you assume your late check out isn’t happening. Cleaning is only done every 4 days which isn’t sufficient. They will come and clean the room if you make a specific request though. Our flight was an evening flight and we were told we can use the pool and rooftop bar until we leave. That’s great except the rooftop closes at 3pm and with it the small restroom (toilet and sink) that you can use if you’re leaving late. There’s no shower in the restroom and if you want to use the pool past 3pm there’s nowhere at all to freshen up. There should be a room you can use to freshen up, including a shower, ahead of your flight home.
