Lovely apartment with a great view from the room, access to hotel pool and gym facility's friendly staff especially the Activity's crew, Adriel, Alex and Caroline. Corrado the Host was great and provided information about tours and getting around prior to arrival he stocked the fridge with some welcome drinks which was a treat too. I would recommend this place if in Cancun

We liked absolutely everything! Corrado welcomed us and it was an easy and fast check-in. There is everything you need in the apartment. The place is very clean, spacious and bright. The view is amazing! The shower in the bathroom is definitly the best we've had in Mexico. Having breakfast on the balcony is magical. The place was very quiet and welcoming. The beach in front of the apartment is clean and quiet. The pool was also nice. Corrado also recommended a taxi and lots of restaurants and places to visit. Supermarkets, restaurants, the Mayan ruins, etc. are all accessible by foot. The apartment is also not too far from the airport which is very practical.

Nice comfortable apartment. Overlooked the ocean. Close to beach. Location and neighborhood were good. Very good restaurants within walking distance. Excursions and ferry were close. Corrado (the host) was very helpful and personable.
Sometimes the noise/music/games from the resort pool area were very loud.

Everything was great! Corrado was a great host. He was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and cool as soon as we walked in. Corrado even provided complimentary bottled water which was much appreciated. The property had all of the amenities needed really. We had 2 pools right outside our window. We had a short walk right onto the beautiful beach. It made getting up early to see the sunrise over the horizon very easy. My son loved going to the gym/fitness facility. All of the staff working on the property were really nice and pleasant. I would definitely book again. Thanks Corrado!
Nothing I didn't like other than the mosquitoes that greeted us when we walked outside, but that's nature. They didn't have a basketball at the basketball court, but even that wasn't a big deal. We still enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a sea-view apartment even though it hadn’t been available at booking—totally worth it for the sunrise every morning. There’s a bar and a decent restaurant within walking distance. Parking inside the gated compound is easy and guarded. The location is great for visiting Isla Mujeres and exploring other parts of Yucatán. Guests can use the hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and sunbeds, and staff clear seaweed from the beach regularly. The apartment was well equipped with plenty of towels, and the welcome beers and sodas were a nice touch. Corrado was very attentive, friendly, and full of useful tips. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

The place is really clean and beautiful, Corrado is such a nice host, he welcomes you with open arms.

Walking distance to Puerto Juarez to access the ferries to Isla Mujeres.
Corrado was exceptionally attentive and provided great tips about restaurants and other stuff
Some small rains brought annoying mosquitos. Take "OFF" spray with you and will do the trick.

Our host Corrado was awesome! He is very communicative, waited for us to check in and out, he gave us suggestions about places to visit, and was on top of our every need. The room was comfortable and had everything for us with 2 beds, and a separate kitchen/living room area plus a balcony with ocean view. The resort has many amenities that you can use. We visited the restaurant, swimming pools, game room and the beach. There is also a water park, mini golf and spa we saw but did not use. You can upgrade your visit to be all inclusive if you want, in our case we spent most days traveling around. The resort is a few minutes from the public Playa del Niño and a short dictance from the Puerto Juarez ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres. There are security guards that let your car in/out and all the staff we met was professional and helpful. We have visited Cancun several times and have found this is the best place for our family traveling lifestyle and value for our stay.

Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The host is what made it so much better. There were drinks in the fridge as a welcome gesture. He gave tons of suggestions to explore Cancun. Everything was clean and the view was wonderful. We definitely will be back next time we are in town. Thank you for your hospitality.

The host was amazing, very responsive and generous in providing recommendations for things to try and do in Cancún. He even helped arrange suitable transportation to the airport, as one of us had to leave very early in the morning. The resort offers plenty of activities to explore and has a great ambiance.
