Pleasant
The food and drinks were very good.
On my 3rd day there, the staff gave a key to my room to another guest, thankfully I was there to stop it, but it is an unforgivable mistake.

Wonderful
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had mostly everything. We got the room with ocean view and it was worth it. Give a small tip to the bartenders and they treat you like royalty. Shoutout to my friends Manuelito and Gaspar in the pool bar.
Everything was good in general, but it can get a little noisy in the hallways. Not something that really bothered us, but might wanna keep it in mind.

Good staff
Rooms ill equipped. No dresser, no beer, no tissue for nose. Coffee station on wooden surface. Shower had limited place to set things and curtain hung outside threshold. The safe was NOT AFFIXED to anything, making it possible to be taken easily. Beach area is extremely small.

The staff was incredible! David was the best. Dylan at the pool. Sam the concierge was extremely informative. It was quiet and very relaxing which is why we were there. We will definitely be back!

I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to several management and service issues that overshadowed our vacation. Beach & Pool Facilities: The beach experience was frustrating as there were very few umbrellas available for guests. Additionally, the pool bar closes at 5:00 PM, despite the pool remaining open until 8:00 PM. It makes little sense to have the pool accessible without any drink or snack service for three of the most relaxing hours of the evening. Dining & Reservations: The breakfast was only mediocre (average at best). While the hotel offers two specialty restaurants in addition to the main buffet, they only operate on alternating days. The reservation system is extremely inconvenient; you can only book in person at the front desk at 8:30 AM. If you are headed out on an excursion or tour, it is impossible to secure a table, leaving you with no options.Furthermore, if you are expecting to experience authentic Mexican food, this is definitely not the place for it. Staff & Service: The most disappointing part of the stay was the staff. From the front desk to the waiters and the dining reservation coordinators, the service was consistently rude and dismissive. We felt like an inconvenience rather than guests. Final Verdict: Between the rigid reservation rules, early bar closures, and the unfriendly staff, the value for money simply isn't there. I will not be returning.

Cleanliness
Lack of sunning umbrellas, some were broken. Food was ok. There is more authentic food than tourist type foods. Don’t trust the guys selling excursions on catamaran. They say stuff that you want to hear for the sale. Get them to write it down on the receipt or a piece of paper..and get their name for reference… The toilet wasn’t flushing properly, there was no hot water for a shower, water pressure wasn’t good. The pool table was old and set on an uneven floor. The balls barely bounced on side cushions. No chalk.

They upgraded us to a family room which was great. The resort and room were clean. The pizza and sushi restaurants were really good. The soups and salad at the buffet are fresh!
The pools are not the cleanest. The beach is small without any waves and it’s smelly because of next door. The buffet is similar each day.

Staff was super friendly, hotel itself was nice even though small.
The room was tiny. 2 full beds in the room gave almost no room to move, even just for 2 people. No space to put the suitcases. Breakfast was good, the rest of the food wasn’t seasoned well. The alcoholic drinks were undrinkable.
