Older hotel, that's been chopped up a bit from it's original inception or so it seems. Either way, there has been recent renovations, which keeps the rooms current, and very clean. The pool and poolside bar is a nice touch, and it's on the quieter side for a hotel property on the strip in Cancun. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Great location on the beach, the beach was great. Great restaurant across the road for seafood, one of the best in Cancun, with an incredible view of the lagoon. Navios!
A bit of noise comes in from the front door, depending on the floor and location of the room, this might wake a light sleeper up. Bed sheets looked like they could be replaced as well.

We needed an overnight stay before our early evening flight the next day. Perfect location and we were able to enjoy a walk on the beach, eat in the onsite restaurant for breakfast, and relax at the pool. We asked for a late checkout which we gladly paid for to enjoy the amenities for a bit longer.

Room was spacious, with AC, the property is nicely maintained, gated. It has nice pool area with infinity pool overlooking beach and plenty of pool chairs. There is a restaurant by the pool, the food was absolutely delicious especially their coconut shrimps and I loved their margaritas as well , staff was very nice ! But the main star here is of course the beach, with white sand, turquoise water, beach chairs that is just few steps from your room. I spent only 2 nights but I absolutely loved it!
The front desk staff was also very helpful and gave me tips to where to eat outside of the complex. There is 2 restaurants just 5 min walking , plus Oxxo that is open 24h and small shop inside the property.
I only stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect beach retreat, although it was little pricey but for the time I spent and time on the beach totally worth it !

The location is great. Right on the beach and close to center of hotel zone. Good food in the restaurant.
Very nice reception and restaurant staff. Very clean!
First thing - the entrance. Its like you are entering a Pentagon. Each time we entered with car we had to give ID's and explain the purpose of our entry. The QR code we had didn't work. It was really frustrating as it always took like 10min. Not something you want to do on your vacation.
Then, the reception - really small, it's like they redid one room. The receptionist was really nice and helpful.
Third, the hotel and room itself - I wouldn't call this a regular hotel, as not all the rooms in the building are owned by the hotel. Later I saw someone rooms, same as our, just different design, for 50% of what we paid. The room is nice, comfortable beds, AC, but one can see that the renovation is poorly done.
Still some finishing and nice touches to be done.

I liked the lication, separate from the crowds, and the beach.it is a good place to be confortable in the pool, and take the sun, it was october 12, 2025, nice weather.
Nothing, maybe some outside concrete with a crack, but overall very good ,and the kitchenette is a big plus.
