Conversion rate for meals (Pesis to USD) was TERRIBLE. Added an additional 15% to all meals.
Had to wash our own plates or incur an extra charge.

The property was great. It was calm and quiet. The room was also very spacious. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The location is great in that it's still on the hotel zone but away from the craziness. The food at the restaurant was also amazing.
The TV's were not connected to the internet or there was an issue. Maintenance came out and they were able to fix the TV in the bedroom but the living room one never connected.

Location was great, you can walk to pretty much anywhere. Breakfast was delicious, lunch was delicious too
Wish we could’ve left breakfast with our food, I didn’t feel well one day and just wanted to eat in my room but I had to stay in the restaurant although I paid for inclusive breakfast. Lunch/ dinner was pretty pricey but we were able to walk elsewhere for food. Seats on the beach are not managed so finding a seat is pretty difficult with people holding chairs for hours.

The breakfast was good and the room I had was clean and well equipped.
Some of the staff were rude and over-bearing. The security guy when I was leaving suggested I might be leaving without paying as the taxi arrived, after I had checked out . Some staff - i.e. the egg lady at the breakfast station - were really nice - but the ones around the pool and beach sun loungers were absolutely awful and spoilt my entire holiday. I would not recommend this place based on such experiences and for that reason.

The location is great, this hotel has a great beach perfect for families as the ocean is calm and shallow.
Its a small property with one pool, so its good to relax, its comfortable.
The decor is kind of old, service wasn't great, very slow in the beach and also for the room cleaning one day they arrived close to 1pm. Staff wasn't very friendly.

This was my third stay here. The beach and breakfast are great, the grounds are kept clean and looked after, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable with good quality furnishings.
I had requested specific room aspects when booking and we were given a very noisy room on arrival. We planned to spend a fair bit of time on our room balcony or patio, so this was not ok. It took a day to sort it out, and that got things started on a less than great foot.

We had the most incredible time here. The villa is spotless, perfectly maintained, and beautifully arranged – everything is just top-notch. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need.
The beachfront location is unreal – stepping out and having the beach and the sea right there is pure magic. Swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the views was just perfect.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Honestly, it’s flawless – everything about this place is just wow. Highly, highly recommend!

The property is absolutely stunning! Literally on the beach with beachside service for food and drinks. Lounge chairs you place where you want. Beautiful pool, gorgeous property throughout.
The staff are rude and not friendly at all. As someone who used to manage hotels in the USA, I would never allow any of them to be my staff. Our patio had 2 random drunk guys come sleep on it at 2am and being loud talking and we had the door open! Then the smell of sewage right outside of our room facing the street. I asked for an upgrade as it was my 40 th bday. They put me in a standard room facing the street along the hotel zone instead of a decent building. No upgrade no problem but the location of the room? Then the safe broke. Outside of that it is truly the perfect place to stay.

The place was beautiful and so was the beach.
The staff was amazing. We had everything we needed, and everything worked as expected.
We felt safe and comfortable the entire time.
There was a little store very close by and it had everything we needed.
The building is older but for an old building, it was amazing.
There was a lot of unused space in the rooms. Another dresser, an outdoor table would have been nice.

The pool and beach areas are wonderful: crystal-clear water, plenty of shade/personal palapas, and great beachside food.
Room: We loved the size of the suite and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean.
Location: Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is a little running/bike path that we particularly enjoyed.
Our room faced the main road, so it was quite loud and we couldn't enjoy our balcony
