Wonderful
Another stay at Ambiance - another good one. You can easily reach Cancun center by walking, close to restaurants and shops, but without all the noise made by other tourists. Walking distance to local buses to catch a ride to the beaches. Staff is always nice and helpful.

Front desk staff very helpful. Young man on the desk directed me to the mall. The young lady that made arrangements for me to get to the airport. Felt very comfortable with all the staff there was a water issue in the room but was taken care of within a few hours
Windows leaking air when air conditioning was on clean but not as clean as. As I would like no food service

Don't accept room #203. Right over the entrance, literally 10' away, and loud talking kept me awake until midnight. Also, NO HOT WATER. Reception desk said it takes a while to get hot. Over 12 minutes of full on shower and sink running and never got hot water.

Room was large, temperature was good, location very convenient for my purposes (visiting a dental clinic very close to the hotel). Staff was pleasant enough though seemed mildly disorganized.
Very basic and plain across the bored. Room had a humid smell and feel to it.
