Exceptional
The rooms are fully equipped, with AC and Wifi facilities, and a quiet place. The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to greet you. You have all the facilities nearby, which is really easy.

Wonderful
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was beautifully presented, creating a wonderfully romantic atmosphere with its cozy lighting and elegant decor. Every detail added to the charm, making it a truly unforgettable experience.
We had very limited kitchen equipment, which made it quite challenging to prepare dinner. I hope that during our stay from March 1st to 4th, we’ll have a room with a well-equipped kitchen for a more comfortable experience.

Exceptional
Very modern beautiful apartment, own kitchen facilities, big shower and balcony. Felt very safe,had own security guard on site. Beach is 1 minute away and supermarket is very close proximity too. You can book tours with nearby agencies and pick up us already included in the price, better than online deals.
The main road can get noisy once in a while, I had earplugs, so wasn’t an issue

The host waited until 2 days before we were due to arrive to issue us a 24-hour notice to transfer the payment via a payment service I had never heard of before. This was disconcerting, and I did not appreciate being given just 24 hours notice to do this. They could've given us this request long before, as we booked several weeks in advance. It caused stress and I would not want to book again with Potosi because of this. Otherwise, the apartment itself was nice (though a bit strange to not have two separate bedrooms - the single bedroom was accessed via a door from the main bedroom).

The location was fine. It was near the beach, the room was large and it was close to the bus transport which allowed easy movement within troux beaches and the nearby places. The receptionist was kind and even alerted us that we had over paid for the stay by 80 Euros and offered a refund right there.
Cleanness was a challenge. The cleaner came in to sort the sheets on the bed but did not bother to wash the dishes which were at the sink, did not remove garbage which was in the kitchen bin, did not remove the garbage in the toilet bin. So we had to stay with our garbage for our entire stay. The toilet knob for automatic flashing was broken so we had to remove the cover each time to flash. The bathroom has no soap holder so when you are showering you have to hold your soap or keep it on the floor as you are rinsing yourself. Our room was right next to the road so it could get noisy till midnight.
