ROOM WITH POOL VIEW BUT THE SET UP SEEMS A BIT OLDISH.
BEACH & BREAKFAST ARE GREAT.
DOUBLE ROOM GROUND FLOOR FOR 2 ELDERLIES AS THERE ARE STEPS TO GO TO THE BATHROOM.
MY MUM FELL ON THOSE STAIRS BUT LUCKILY SHE WAS NOT HURT TOO MUCH.

They didn’t even know what they talk about guest we don’t receive a cop tail while arriving and they receive the guest with polite perhaps their was a guy in restaurant a African boy he is so kind in restaurant he is very good person he did his wrk well hats on him

The room was good and clean. It was quite spacious and adapted to our needs. The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent.
The infrastructure needs to be renovated to look a bit modern and also for safety reasons.

The pool for kids is good.
We had wasps in the room, could not close the windows in the bathroom to prevent them from coming in, nor the blinds. And one set of towel for two guests.

We were sold a double room with pool view, however to our disappointment, the room we got compared to all pool view was catastrophic.. The ground floor was like a store room with lockers and a big boiler..the bedroom is upstairs with no decking / terrace or outdoor area to relax like other pool view room in the area.. i feel like this room is given to guest on last resort.. 155 Euro per night is no joke, why should the customer bear the damage!!!
this is so frustrating and it was my husband's birthday
it was a wrong decision to book this property
..please see if i can get a partial refund for the room as this isn't what i booked!!!

Very friendly staff, great dinner, great pool, lovely bar areas, spacious room. Singer in the evening created a nice atmosphere.
Cleanliness and hygiene a problem. For example, at breakfast birds were eating bread and pancakes from the buffet! Flies were all over the fruit as the food there wasn't covered up. The kitchen badly needed a thorough clean. At dinner this wasn't an issue and the standards were better. The room wasn't very clean and needed refurbishment. Extremely windy on the beach so we couldn't really use it. Broken glass in the sand unfortunately.

Breakfast buffet was a wide and good selection.
We had access to all 3 pools which were all brilliant!
The free activities including water skiing and yoga.
Also enjoyed a Balinese massage!
Staff were friendly and attentive, smiley and pleasant.
This hotel is good for what you pay, food was good. It's seen better days, parts of it need some love and updating including some rooms and the website.
Communication between staff was inconsistent, for example yoga teacher thought it started at 5 but us and other guests 530 and all Comms said 530 but teacher was not happy. He also spent half the time talking about medication, interesting but not what we signed up for, did about 10mins for actual moving yoga.
Poor lighting in the room and bathroom, very dark when curtains closed.
Very loud Aircon unit, had to sleep with ear plugs as needed it on.

The Foods for the 9 th and 10 th only and the boats trip Pekos staff was excellent, Guest Manager was helpful after complaining about poor reception from staff Sangeeta
Staff name Sangeet at reception was very rude, arrogant with very poor customer service, made us wait for more than 2 hours for checking with my old mother 77 years old waiting for long time without consideration. I will have to check my account if payment done twice, TV in room not working properly, no hand tissues, only one bottle of water for paying so expensive when counter check with other hotels similar
