- The hotel suite was spacious, the bed and pillows comfortable. The balcony looking onto the pool was also pleasant.
- The fresh fruits and vegetables at breakfast and dinner. The food was alright, I was grateful for the fresh items. Some nights were very varied and it was good.
- 5 minute walk to the beach, where you can find a bar and restaurant and beautiful quiet areas if you walk away from the crowded public beach.
-Staff were pleasant overall but it took time to receive a friendly welcome.
- I enjoyed the coffee they give in the room.
- It took me time to warm up to the hotel but overall I got used to it after a few days…. I would go back as I enjoyed the location.
- Could be cleaner ; I asked twice to clean the balcony table and some areas in the suite.
- Facilities are older / needs a revamp but probably out of their budget.
- Shower was leaking
- Some of the food was too greasy (the fried items).

Wonderful restaurant staff, unfriendly office staff.
Overpriced. Old and sad. Needs new everything. Noisy. Loud music every night. Fireworks every night. Dirty room. Dirty shower. Old bath towels. Water goes off unexpectedly, plumber invades your privacy daily. Cold water in the shower. No minibar as advertised.

I didn't like the way our room was, too closed to the restaurant, bed too small and saw on internet they has a bathtub but nothing at all.. sound was too high until late

Strange layout with pools not conducive to sitting around as too much shade; low key vibe; mediocre breakfast
